It started with a pretty soap sample in front of his store in Cross Iron Mills (Calgary, Canada) a few years ago. My hands were extremely dry and irritated from the cold and dry weather in Calgary, so I agreed to step inside the store for a demo of the Premier Remedy Sea Salt Scub ( followed by Era Ageless lifting Vitamin) on my hands. The results so amazed me after I left the store, that I turned around and went back to find Eric. I bought a jar of the sea salt and Eric then told me " I Love helping people look beautiful naturally!" and I have come to know that this IS his Passion. "What do you do" he asked me. I said "I love helping people feel better and be better with my gift of healing" to which he replied "How?" Then I got to it ...we got talking and Wow! He introduced me to his Gold Line of skin care products and I still remember that first facial. The immediate result ( even though I have really good skin), was noticeably brighter, fresher and more youthful skin (side to side comparison) and the products felt so good on my face! The hot face mask was such a treat, and so the Gold Mask - more amazing results! It was also great to see the changes in my aunts' faces after I gave them a gold mask treatment when I paid them a visit last year. ‘5 Stars Plus’ for my experience with Ron and the “pro-youth’ remedies to which he introduced to me . Having had extensive surgeries for cancer removal on my face, I would never consider additional surgery as an anti-aging option to improve my appearance.

The many anti-aging products I used since I was 38 years old did work to a degree. But I was looking in the mirror at a face staring back at me that was rapidly looking more and more as though it belonged to my mother. However, since I was introduced to the ERA product line, my 54 year old face filled with inevitable signs of aging is being transformed into a face I’m recognizing from my more youthful past. 😊

If I I could, I would give a negative 10 for the way that their “closer” treated us when we wanted to think about the significant investment the products would be. My sister in law actually had returned from a previous day, because she had done some research and she was still interested. She was looking at total pricing for the products that were recommended for her, when I walked away to give some privacy.

When I returned, the “closer” had become degrading and rude to my SIL, and loudly told me that nobody who walks away is going to buy. It was as though there was an effort to shame her into making the purchase. Welcome to 2018, where consumers do research and take time to spend wisely. He lost not only her purchase, but mine as well. (Purchases that would have been made, after walking away, so as not to spend almost $1000 impulsively. ) I recommend that anyone who spends mindfully, with planning and purpose, just stay away. It is too bad, because he has also made me wonder if the product is even as good as it seemed, if he has to sell by using shaming and rudeness, and by demanding a decision NOW!

To the company, I would say, the two of us, as consumers, have over 40 years of combined sales experience. It would, no doubt, have boosted sales at your St. Augustine location in the next couple of days, if your closing people were trained on how to retain the relationship that the sales rep has cultivated.
