Souvenir City — Local services in Saint Augustine

I’m writing this review one year after visiting the store. When we traveled to St. Augustine last summer we stopped in and Loved the selection in the store! We got several hats and shirts while we were visiting and the employees were so helpful. One of those hats became my 4 year olds favorite bucket hat and has been worn to the pool, beach, baseball games and everywhere else in the last year. She unfortunately left it at a beach on a trip we took this summer and was devastated. I reached out to Souvenir City to see if they could possibly still have it or something similar. Thankfully they did, and they were so amazing and sent me pictures to confirm it was the right hat and shipped it to me! My kiddo is ecstatic! I was wanting a St.Augustine shirt telling the year the city was developed. Lauren was a BIG help. I was having a hard time picking out the shirt that I liked and would fit well. I was looking at regular t shirts and did not like the way they looked on me. She stepped in to help me . She took me to the other side of the store and handed me a cool t shirt made for women. She put the decal I wanted on it for me. Put a smaller one on the front and a bigger one on the back. I LOVE IT !!!!...

We live in St. Augustine FL and we’re looking to take back some St. Augustine merchandise back to our family in Pennsylvania for Christmas. This shop definitely had nice good quality St. Augustine FL apparel and souvenirs.
