Earthbound Trading Co. — Local services in Saint Augustine

Been stopping in here for years. Loved it up until recently. The new staff made my experience less enjoyable. Following me to the dressing room (a curtain for a door) and asking my wife how many items I have in there then running in behind me after I walk out was quiet uncomfortable. Went back in the changing room a second time and peaked my head out to show my wife my outfit and the same employee pops up and annoyingly asks if I need anything with an unfriendly cringe tone. Didn’t get any privacy trying on 2 items of clothes. I almost put my items down and walked out. Didn’t even feel like shopping any longer. Only bought one thing ($50 bucks mind you) they are wayyy overpriced for the cheap items they have. Also my mom and sister had a separate prior experience of their own shopping there as well. They left without buying anything after feeling so uncomfortable and followed around by the employees. They also had the same thing happen to them at the dressing room. I also over heard an employee (same one that bothered me after) annoying another customer and her friend who were trying on some things and frankly wanted to be left alone but the employee kept asking what size she needed and how many items were in there after the friend went to go get a different size. No one appreciates their size outed in a store to where even I could hear. The place also has way to many employees working. There were 5 or 6 employees just standing around, the store is crowded enough that’s too many workers. Not sure what’s going on but not going back anymore. This store went downhill as my wife, mom, sister and friends...

I am a big fan of this brand. I have been shopping at it for a long time and will find earthbound stores when I travel. Unparalleled, this location's staff is unprofessional and rude compared to the other locations. I completed a purchase then chose to exchange it as it was not what I thought. The cashier seemed annoyed at the need to process an exchange and had quite an attitude. I was so annoyed by her attitude that at the end of the transaction I told her politely that her attitude was not professional. Another employee snarkely chimed in and said "we are just doing our best." The previous day I had also been in the store making a purchase. I experienced the same thing. Shopping in your store should not feel uncomfortable because of a lack of decorum or professionalism...

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING... 😍😍😍I was so amazed with the great prices & beautiful attitudes of the staff here..Your greeted with smiles & lively personalities, They had some really amazing items with great prices attached.. I easily spent over $100 😋 in this place..My biggest buy was the large salt lamp..I'm so in love with it.. I was drawn to the one on display & it didnt matter how long they had it up there..They were nice enough to let me take that one off there hands & I appreciated that to the fullest.. What a beautiful place tucked in the middle of Saint Augustines Shops & The aroma therapy that was going on was simply amazing to the senses..I'll definitely be going back..I've told so many people about this place, Theyll be paying it a...
