My daughter had her 5th birthday party this past weekend at Billy Beez. She wanted a wonder woman birthday party but had recently gone to a friend's birthday party here, so she requested this venue. Having ordered her wonder woman cake some time back I wanted to see what decorating options were if she had the party at Billy Beez. With the Buzzy package they offered available themes for an additional $100. I could get the wonder woman theme for another $100 charge. I spoke to the central office and was told that if the theme was available at party city, they could get it. Decorating myself was not an option and the Mall of Georgia location was the only one where you could not bring balloons per the phone representative. I thought $200 was steep but I was considering it. My husband thought there was no way it would be worth it and was against it. I was at the mall one day and decided to go talk with the staff. I told them what I was told on the phone and looking online there was only a few wonder woman things available at the local party city. I was told that decorations were not limited to party city and they would get what they could find. They talked about how they have made centerpieces from balloons, etc. and I felt good about paying $200 extra for this theme. I was also told I could bring in balloons which I was happy about since I wanted to make a balloon garland. It was also pointed out that the Queenie package would be the better value. With the Queenie I would pay an additional $50 for the theme of choice and additionally get goodie bags (Okay, but nothing worth while in them. I have included a picture of the contents), an additional slice of pizza for each child (Needed but could be purchased for $20.), ice cream cups for each child (nice, but unnecessary), Billy Bee t shirt for birthday child (unnecessary, could take or leave it), bounce back for the birthday child (very nice, but unnecessary), coffee and tea for the adults (not necessary and actually was halfway through the party room time and I had to send an adult out to remind them that they had not provided these items. Someone also had to get cups for the adults as well). So for 10 children, the Buzzy without these additional items was $300 + $200 for the theme of choice. The Queenie for 10 children was $450 + $50 for the theme of choice. I upgraded a week before the party because for the same price I got more inclusions, although almost none of them had value for me. Fast forward to the party, when the party host was done decorating, I was HIGHLY disappointed. The party decorations consisted of 2 gold plastic table covers, 1 wonder woman table cover, wonder woman plates, wonder woman napkins, gold dessert plates, 12 helium filled latex balloons, 3 mylar star balloons, 1 large mylar number 5 balloon and 4 balloon weights that were used as centerpieces. I have attached a picture of the room with the Billy Beez decorations only and the other picture is once I added my balloon garland and the wonder woman gift bags I made. I mentioned to the party host as well as the location management that I was disappointed in the decorations for the upgraded cost. Management believes that what they did was sufficient and stated they spent more on my decorations ($60) than they normally do ($35). I'm still trying to figure out what the markup covers since they essentially charge $200 for theme of choice. When I saw the next party I was really upset because someone could have mentioned that with the Buzzy package, which includes basic Billy Beez decor, I could have simply gotten red and/or blue colored decorations. This would have saved us $150 even with additional food costs. I wanted to write this review to share my experience as a warning, however less than 48 hours after my daughter's party, Billy Beez has changed their party packages altogether for the better it seems. The place itself is amazing for kids. They had a blast. I just wish I had got my money's worth when it came to decorations.

We booked a deluxe party plus 2 additional kids. PROS: The room was clean and plenty decorated as I didn't want to bring additional decorations. Keep it simple! All the plates, napkins and cups were out when we got there. No silverware though. The also had candles, a lighter, and cake server. Those things were very helpful. The goodie bags that were included were decent. The food was on time, hot and also decent for pizza and chicken fingers. We also got lots of condiments. The kids had an amazing time! CONS: The manager and the rest of the staff except for Amari and the lady in the kitchen were rude and unprofessional. My husband came in after I'd checked in because he went to get the cookie cake from the food court in the mall. He wasn't far behind me, but they gave him a lot of attitude about bringing the cake in. They didn't even bother to ask if he was with a party, they just rudely told him he couldn't bring it in. So he passed it over the gate to me and they gave me grief about it. Amari was very helpful, friendly, made my 3 year old daughter feel special for her birthday party. She was sweet and we enjoyed our interactions with her. Same for the lady in the kitchen. Since they're understaffed, she helped set up and take down our party room, but I was disappointed to know she wasn't the manager. I did have 5 kids that cancelled about an hour after the party had started so I politely asked the manager if I could get a refund or a bounce back card for the 2 extra seats I bought because they didn't cancel on me till today. She said no per policy. I can accept that, but don't be snotty and unprofessional about it. She just really wasn't willing to assist at all and she was also rud e when I asked about the adult socks. I didn't realize our party didn't include adult socks and a simple explanation would have been fine, but again, she was short and nasty about it. The value is definitely there for the party, but it would have been a better experience for the parents of the staff were friendlier or at the very least, polite and decent.

Serious Safety Concerns and Poor Customer Service I recently visited Billy Beez and was extremely disappointed by both the safety conditions and the customer service. There are multiple hazards in the play area, including a torn footpath where I witnessed a small child fall. Thankfully, I was able to catch them just in time. There was also visible blood on the floor, which is completely unacceptable in a children’s play facility. I recorded a video of the incident and have pictures showing additional issues like a broken basketball hoop, torn nets, and overall poor maintenance. What made this worse was the staff’s unprofessional and rude behavior. The manager was dismissive and claimed it was not their responsibility. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told to file a complaint on Google. I also noticed many other negative reviews describing similar issues, including rude and unhelpful staff. From my experience, I can confirm this is true. The manager was yelling at customers, even when they were speaking calmly. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a place meant for families and children. For privacy reasons, I am not publicly sharing the video, but if needed, I can provide it directly along with additional pictures showing the extent of the safety hazards. I urge Billy Beez to take these concerns seriously and improve both their safety measures and customer service. Until then, I do not recommend this place for families looking for a safe and enjoyable experience.

I gave 2 stars only due to the fact that my four year old son did enjoy himself while there. I however, was EXTREMELY angry about the way this place is being run. There are so many safety hazards and almost nobody working there. And what makes me the most angry is that there isn't even a legit customer service number I can call about my concerns. I would really like to speak with someone about my experience. ONE of the worst things about my experience was that there were THREE employees working on a VERY busy Sunday, the day before labor day. One of those employees was maintenance, meaning he wasn't able to assist customers with anything. However, if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have even been able to get a bottle of water. The "cafe" was closed because of low staff. The rule is no outside food or drinks allowed in the establishment, yet your cafe is closed? Meaning I can't even purchase a bottle of water? I'm pretty sure that is borderline illegal. If you want to close your cafe because you're understaffed, fine, then you need a vending machine that has WATER in it. Don't tell me "there's a water fountain" because that's absolutely ridiculous with the amount of people in the establishment. And water fountains are disgusting. I mean you have a vending machine that provides DIP N DOTS,but not one I can buy WATER from??! There are supposed to be employees out on the floor monitoring parts of the play equipment and how it's being used. Like the trampoline area, kids were jumping on those things with 3 or four of them on one at a time, nor was anyone letting anyone else have a turn. The area that's for little kids and toddlers has a sign that say 10 kids maximum in that area. There were WAY more people in that area than 10. Some of the slides felt so dirty it was insane. My kid was trying to slide down some of them and the surface was so sticky feeling he would literally get stuck half way down in and have to walk down the rest of it, which winds up making kids start piling up on top of each other. These are just a few of the issues happening in this place. I mean I am seriously ANGRY about our experience there yesterday. And I need to speak with someone about this because it is unacceptable. DONT take your kids here if you want to let them play anywhere that is even close to being safe. Take them to catch air or a freaking park, because this was NOT the right decision.

Oh and another SERIOUS safety concern is your entry and exit gates. They're supposed to actually be CLOSED and monitored to assure that no children can get out without their parent. These gates were both open the entire time. One of them was just blocked with an easily movable sign while that gate was open about a foot the entire time. The other gate was either wide open the whole time or open about a foot just like the other one. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Either get some more employees, or limit the number of people you allow in each day directly determined by the number of employees who are on staff and actually showed up that day.

UPDATE::: I was credited a free play session for my son and myself after speaking with corporate and the manager. When we went back, nearly everything I mentioned in my post had been fixed and improved. The one thing I will say really does need improvement still though is the slides. I'm not really sure what's wrong with the surface of them because I now know it's not because they're dirty, the slides have all definitely been cleaned. But idk if they need to be cleaned with something different or what because they really just don't have a very slick surface that would be ideal for actually sliding instead of scooting down them. But everything else was wonderful during our second visit. The manager and assistant manager were very accommodating and did everything they could to be sure our visit was as fun and safe as possible. Thank you for that it meant a great deal that you were so concerned with my individual concerns and wanted to know what went wrong and how to improve it, then to actually implement the changes...

Last weekend 4/27/2025, my daughter had her 6th birthday party here. We arrived 30 mins prior, signed the paperwork and paid the remaining balance. The young lady who checked us in was great. She told us that our room wasn't ready but she was gonna go clean it and then we could set up. That process was smooth . Things went downhill from there. Upon arrival in the room, we noticed that it was super hot so we opened the door to let some air in. The temperature never really got better, so i found the young lady and asked her if the air was working she said that maintenance had been by and said they fixed it. As my guests began arriving, it got worse. It was so bad, we had to share the portable fans and few guests brought. I constantly asked the staff to turn on the A.c. with the same response as before. So we move on to the pizza. I ordered an extra pizza for the parents and when the 2 bday pizzas and extra ones came out. 2 of them were burnt. We had to send them back, with hungry kids asking for more pizza. I also ordered pitchers of fountain drinks. They were out of everything I asked for, except sprite. Not only were they out, I had to go and pick up the pitchers myself. I also had to serve the pizzas, cake and clean up after the kids ate the pizza in order to make space for them to have desserts. We looked around for staff to assist us with the party, but the 3 of them were stretched so thin we could never track them down. This was the worst party I've ever paid for. From extreme heat to the burnt pizza, no staff to assist. It was just terrible. No one offered any alternatives, no assistance, nothing. Since that day, I called the customer service line a few times and have heard nothing back. Customer service is lacking, besides for the young lady who checked us in. If y'all are going to charge so much money for a party, you all need to have the resources to accommodate each party. When we book these parties, we book them with the understanding that we are gonna get what we're paying for, ie; un burnt pizza, fountain drinks that are listed, assistance during the party, air conditioned rooms that seats several people etc. I will never book with you all Again and I'll make sure my loved ones do not either. Just...
