At this store they allow you to do a snap credit application for jewelry. The representative that was helping me filled out the application for me and told me as part of the application I had to log into my bank account. I wasn't aware that after logging in the account that it would reveal what my balances are to the rep, this made me feel very uneasy because I have a decent amount in the bank probably more than average. I figured it was just for the credit application and i spent alot of time with the representative talking and trusted the information would only be used for the credit application. Boy was I wrong. Four hours later there were several failed attempts to get into my bank account that caused my bank to lock my online banking access. Next night at 11:45PM they try again and get my bank account locked again. I'm very disappointed and hurt I brought two rings from them and even paid 2000 on a ring there in addition to financing one. I guess the conversation wasn't genuine it was to get sales and ultimately to keep attempting to get into my bank account. I'll be contacting the authorities and the bank about what I can do to protect myself. If you shop here do the credit application on your own device and protect your bank information don't be to trusting and open like I was. They will try and...
Read moreLook, this is a mall jeweler. But if you’re knowledgeable about jewelry, have an idea of what you want and have a budget you’ll 100% find something good. I’ve gotten an engagement ring ( I get a TON of compliments on) 2 men’s wedding bands, a tag chain , a gold chain with pendant and got 2 rings from my collection resized by their in house jeweler/ repair guy. They have something to make everyone’s budget which means if you’re a baller you could get a custom made piece here but if you’re balling on a budget they also have lab diamonds and some fake baller stuff if you’re trying to fake it to ya make it. But they’re not going to sell you anything cheap and fake without your knowledge. Just go see Ali and be firm about what you’re looking for because they for sure pressure you to buy but I don’t pay attention to that and ask them to fall back while I think. They do have a short window for returns that’s printed on the bottom of the receipt. Says you have 1 week to return the piece and I has to be in excellent condition. But if something isn’t moving or functioning properly they will fix no questions asked and give it back to you beautiful and polished. This place is not Jacob and Co so just know where your at, take your time and find something pretty...
Read moreI'm offering free photos and autographs as the first person to ever complain in 17 years about their no refund policy. You can meet me there the next time I'm in front of their store. It may be a while though...
Buyer Beware. All sales final, no refunds. My wife bought me a stainless steel men's bracelet (beautiful) but it was too small. I went into the store to see if they could add a link. To their credit, they did offer to switch out the bracelet but there was simply nothing else like it in the store.
So I said, no I'd just like a refund. That's when I was hit with the policy. Clearly stated on the receipt, but nowhere posted in the store. So how do you find out the policy? You guessed it... AFTER you've purchased the item because that's when you get the receipt.
The employee became very condescending. Offering to relay my complaint to a store manager (4 people in the store, but no one is a manager?)
She said that I was the first person to ever complain about the policy. I asked how long they've been in business and she said 17 years. Almost unbelievable that it's true. Meh, maybe I'm just...
