I used to enjoy this market. The vendors are quality and I love supporting local producers. I can no longer support this farmers market because of the extreme stance against traditional values and their pandering to health agencies.

I don't care how "nice" or "cordial" or "community involved" a drag queen is, that adult entertainment ideology has no business at a "family friendly" farmers market let alone being elevated and honored. It's disgusting and this pandering seals the deal for me to never visit this market again.

I wasn't afforded the freedom, individuality, "alternate lifestyle" and individuality to NOT wear a mask during the CV19 fiasco but this delusional man in over the top dress and make up is supported, welcomed and defended. Clearly those that run this market have traded common sense for virtue signaling.

Thankfully there are dozens of other truly family friendly markets that support traditional values and keep their market focused on the farmer-to-customer relationship without agendas. I hope the vendors realize they have other options... that they don't have to associate with an organization who doesn't hold their values in order to be successful.

BFM, don't bother responding to this review. I've read your responses to other reviewers who disagree with your choices. It is clear you are agenda driven (DEI, allyship, all those ESG, social buzz words). While I may be welcome at your market I will choose to spend my money elsewhere and I will encourage other citizens and vendors to as well. My review will likely not make a dent in your attendence, but at least people will have the option to make informed choices.
