I had an Appt set for Saturday, note it is my first time so I'm super nervous. Kaylee calls me an hour before to inform me it was going to be an extra 15$ cause now she has to wax me as well. I wanted a lighting treatment, no where on the website does it say I have to get waxed I literally just shaved that morning and it will be now 40$ instead of the 25$ I thought I was going to pay. I explained that to Kaylee and she said it does not matter it's going to be an extra 15$ so I can cancel if I want to but she can not waive it for me. I was taken away by her tone and how unprofessional the whole situation has turned out. You don't call someone 1hr before to tell them you're charging them more money cause she's been too busy to call me sooner and if I don't like it, oh well just cancel the Appt I planned my weekend around. I'm in customer service and it was about the money it's about respect. They need to add the extra charge to the website and if they don't then they should waive it when asked. I called the number to confirm and was told that the person with whom I had my appointment was on their way back from their lunch break. I waited an additional 10 minutes before leaving as I couldnāt take a further 45 minutes off from work for the appointment. Today I see a charge on my card for $30. I can only assume this is why they put a card on file for ācancelledā appointments.
