Caffeine and Octane — Attraction in Kennesaw

Caffeine and Octane had great potential, but in the past few years it has become glaringly obvious how commercialized it has become, thus the downfall has begun. I have been attending C&O since 2012 and until the last few years wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fantastic show to any car lover...but now I struggle to motivate myself to even attend. The event began as an enthusiast friendly event, but has become a "pay to play" event in recent years with a heavy emphasis on "pay". It no longer seems like the gold lot cars are chosen by their interesting nature, but instead are given to those that are willing to pay for the advertising space. The more the event grows, the more it seems like the organizers are trying to squeeze every penny out of each monthly event, and they're driving out the hardcore enthusiasts to draw in a larger crowd. Unfortunately, they crowd that this draws in are the ones that are destroying these events by doing burnouts in public spaces, revving unnecessarily, etc.

Call me nostalgic, but I miss the days when caffeine and octane truly was just about showing up, having a cup of coffee, and enjoying cars with a group...

Let me tell you about my epic Sunday at Caffeine & Octane in Kennesaw, Atlanta! This place is a full-blown car lover's paradise.

As of right now, it’s every first Sunday of the month in Kennesaw. Me and my Videographer friend Ethan went to the July 2024 car show.

First off, the car selection is unreal! I'm talking classic muscle cars, performance vehicles and classics. (Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Alfa Romeo, Corvette, Oldsmobile, MG, Jeep, ect.)There's truly something for every taste. Loads and loads of eye candy, it's a photographer/videographer’s dream!

Plenty of vendors/food trucks on sight to keep you well fed. The best part? The atmosphere is super welcoming. I saw several families with little kids checking out the cars, car clubs, and everyone just having a great time. It's definitely a family-friendly event, and if you're visiting Atlanta, it's a must-do on your list!

If you're a gearhead or just looking for a fun and way to spend your Sunday, Caffeine & Octane is the place to be. Plus, with all those amazing cars, you're guaranteed to walk away with some seriously brag-worthy photos and videos! I will definitely come...

I must say I'm impressed with the customer service this business provides. My son wanted to attend the event at Atlanta Motor Speedway last weekend and needed a ticket. I tried numerous times to purchase online, but the site had crashed due to overwhelming activity. Keep in mind this was Saturday afternoon and the ticket i needed to buy was for the next day, Sunday. So I called the only number I could find and left a message assuming I wouldn't hear back until Monday when it was too late and the even was over. To my surprise a rep called me back within an hour and told me the problem was fixed and I could order the ticket now but if I had anymore trouble to reach out to her and she left me two contact phone numbers. Needless to say, I was able to purchase the ticket and my son had a blast...
