Super cute inside. Free drink. Very friendly people. But I don’t recommend. In the end, it’s how my nails look that matters. My toe polish was bumpy so I asked if the lady could come fix it, which she did, but I still left with polish on my foot - hot pink is pretty hard to miss. And then my dip manicure is cute on the surface, but the corners of my nails are all fused to my nail beds and so much powder left behind on my skin. I showed to my manicurist who proceeded to file the tops of fingertips rather than to really fix the issue. I’ll also note that to soak off the dip, they have you soak your hands in a bag of acetone that they sit in a warm bowl and put a towel over. I don’t think think that great for my already dry cuticles and skin. While it takes longer and requires more supplies, I think the soaked cotton pad covered in tin foil is the better method for cuticle health. I hate complaining but when asked at checkout if I was happy with my service, I let the front desk know quietly I wasn’t and showed her. After all, I tried already to tell each lady that gave my services discreetly how it could be improved and I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but still weren’t able to give a 5 āļø service. The front desk lady said sorry sincerely, looked disappointed and said if I come back next time, I can have a discount šŸ¤” How about this time? $100 later, I’ll need to get my nails redone fixed… 😩 elsewhere šŸ’šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Came here due to the great reviews so maybe it was a one off, but having complaints about both my mani and pedi with two different technicians doesn’t give me high hopes šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

I usually don’t post reviews, but I had to for this time. I love going here, but today I just had a horrible experience. My sister and I came in, she had to get her nails removed and redone (she also had an appt) and I just wanted to get mine removed. My sister usually goes to the other location, but Didn’t since they were booked. So I told her to come to the one I go to. I always have a good experience, but this time nope. I understand they were really busy, but instead of giving us two people or have us wait we had Mr. Tommy for both of us. First off, his nails were so gross. They were not cut. And I felt disgusted. He kept going back and forth between us two. His nails were long and choppy. His nails kept digging into my sisters hands. No one asked us how we were, or offered drinks or anything. Tommy didn’t even talk to us or ask us anything. And like I said, I come here all the time. But I felt bad, because my sisters first experience did not go well. She won’t be coming back. Also, here is a pic of my hands after I removed my Nails. I have never had this happen to me. This only happened because I had to soak my hands for a very long time and that should not be the case. If you’re short staffed, just tell us that there will be a longer wait time. I’d rather wait and have my separate person work with me, instead of one person working on two of us, at the same time! Now I’m stuck with dry hands.

I was recommended to this salon to Win or Cloe. I made my first appointment with Win & I was totally pleased with her skill & her outgoing friendly manner. She used a cheese grater on my heels, I was not excited with that but she assured me it would be ok. Second appointment I asked her if she had a different method for my heels was told only the cheese grater, however she helped locate a heel file on Amazon that does not cause cuts in my heels. I bought it while sitting in her chair & her suggestion to bring in the nxt time. Nxt appointment Win was not available when I was free so since I was recommended to Cloe I made appointment with her. I brought my new heel file & showed Cloe. She acted offended which surprised me since Win recommended it. From that moment with Cloe the appointment went south. She became sullen & very rough with me. I considered telling her to forget about doing the dip once she finished my pedicure. In retrospect I should have listened to my gut. Terrible experience with her outwardly rude. I did not complain to mgt & chalked it up to should have listened to my gut.

A few weeks later I called bk to make appointment with Win. The lady set up my appointment, we hung up. I was surprised when my cell rang about 10 minutes, it was the manager calling to say I needed to make appointment with someone else because Win did not want to do my nails any more. I said ok & why is that? Well she says .. she just doesn’t! I am thinking then about the Cloe thing, I did not complain to mgt about my experience with her& I should have. I told the mgr I would be writing a review on my experience & hung up. Well the manager called again to say YOU COME SEE Win keep your appointment. I don’t want unhappy customer!

LOL I said lady you should have thought about this before you placed your call! So NO! I will not be coming bk. This lady proceeded to call me over @ over 6 times saying YES You Come next week Win will do your nails. Last call from her I said Do Not Call Again I Am Not Going Bk. Fast forward to the day of the appointment the following week my cell rang it was Win asking me in a rude tone if I was coming for my appointment. I said Win I was very clear Never again & hung up. They called me over & over till I finally blocked them. Just shocking behavior. Beware of these people cheese...

Completely baffled by the experience I had at this nail shop today. I came in for my pedicure and also requested having a nail technician shape my nails. My nails are gelx (which this shop does not offer), but I asked if it would be okay for someone to just sharpen the shape and I would pay for it. I was told okay and was sat for my pedicure. During the pedicure, i was asked again what I wanted for my nails. I said i just want someone to shape them. He said ā€œwe don’t do gelx so we can’t shape themā€. I said I’m not looking for you to redo the nails, just take a nail file and sharpen up the shape. He said okay. When my pedicure was finished he told me everyone was busy and couldn’t shape my nails. I said, I’ve been here for an hour & half and this was a service i requested upon walking in. So i should be in line for one of those technicians. He said okay but you’ll have to wait. I said no problem. They had me wait an additional 30 minutes and when the technician sat down she said she didn’t know how to shape?? I explained to the girl in the front that I just waited an additional 30 minutes and all i’m asking for is a nail file. The first requirement of any nail tech should be the ability to shape. If none of your technicians know how to sharpen a traditional nail style, stiletto, this should have been told to me when I walked in and asked for it. FINALLY a man by the name of Tommy sat down and shaped my nails beautifully within 3 minutes. He charged me $10 and I tipped him $5. Easy!! I’m not sure why they had me wait that long or was acting like I was asking for something so difficult. It was disrespectful and terrible customer service. I was very nice and patient throughout this entire experience but the girl in the front was not kind. But again, THANK YOU TOMMY for being the only technician who knows how to use a nail file and didn’t mind taking 3 minutes to do so.

Other than that, this shop is beautiful but the service is extremely poor. The pedicures are ok and get the job done, but they are nothing worth...

First, I would like to say that I visit Executive Nails regularly, and it is generally a really nice place to go. It is clean, run well, fun, and I have had amazing experiences up until today. Today (2/20) I was highly disappointed in the service I received while getting a pedicure. First, the nail tech was on her phone. She continually stopped working on me to adjust her airpod and to change the YouTube video on her phone. My service was to come with a five minute massage. She did not do this. She massaged each leg/foot for 45 seconds at the max. My service was to come with hot towels. I did not receive those. At the end, she slathered my feet with oil and told me I was done. I used my hands to rub my feet - because it was A LOT of oil. She then said, "Oh! Would you like a towel!" That was when she brought me ONE hot towel, that I had to use myself to wipe my own feet down. She was clearly in a rush. I have been pretty busy lately and have not been able to get a pedicure. I finally had the time to, and just wanted to enjoy it. I don't believe nail techs should be allowed to be on their phones while servicing customers, at least to the extent she was. And I certainly do not believe they should skip over parts in a service that I am paying for. Again, I am highly disappointed in the service I received at Executive Nails today. Update: I went back to Executive Nails today (2/21) and explained my experience. They listened to my concerns and looked at my feet. They spoke with the owner and made the appropriate corrections. I am very happy with them taking the time to hear me out and right the wrongs of the previous nail tech. They were very apologetic and my feet look SO much better now. This is what I call exceptional...
