Food Cart USA — Attraction in Cutler Bay

So it has almost been a year now (Sept.) since getting my truck from Food Cart USA and I can't say I have been pleased with the truck they did for me. I hadn't even gotten the truck 100 miles before I started noticing issues with the wiring of the headlights and turn-signals. Also, one of the windows wasn't properly installed and when trying to communicate with them on this matter they were less than helpful and at some point after not being able to assist me solve the problem stopped taking & returning my calls. The repairs I have had to do to the truck since owning have been costly (above and beyond normal maintenance) and no question I was either intentionally or unknowing sold a lemon. After getting the truck to a mechanic he mentioned there being some tell-tale signs that the truck had been neglected and that it definitely hadn't been service before me receiving it and that it likely had not been done in years. On top of mechanical issues there have been several problems in the installation of the kitchen equipment as well. If I could do it all over again I would absolutely not use Food Cart USA as the builder for my truck and suggest anyone looking to get into the Food Truck business to stay away from using them as a vendor.

Lesson learned: Don't review things honestly on the internet if you have stuff that can be reviewed on the internet (without basis & anonymously)

In hindsight I probably shouldn't have posted this review because after thinking more about it the last thing I would want is to do affect someone's business. We are all just doing the best we can.

When my wife and i decided to purchase a food truck we were filled with a lot of questions and a touch of fear. My wife and i are from NJ, so we began our search for a food truck manufacturer in the area. With all of the companies we called, and visited not one made us comfortable to make the purchase.

So we decided to give Food Cart USA a call the best decision we have ever made. Tania answered all of our questions and most importantly she took away our fear. So we booked a flight to check her company out, upon our arrival we were greeted with such professionalism and great customer service. We were given a full walk through of the manufacturing process, with all of the top of the line equipment, and showed us how everything works. She’s a “one stop shop” she wrapped the truck, suggested a great company to deliver the truck. The deal was as good as done at that moment, Tania and her staffed CHECKED OUT!!!!!!

Ps we have been told we have the best truck design in the area!!!!

Everything else was done over the phone 1...2....3..... our food truck arrived within a few months and we’ve been rolling ever since.
