This place is the worst. It is nothing but casual 'neck beard' gamers who work here. They play the worst games. Most of the employees don't even know how to work the computer system and the lines back up pretty fast. Biggest complaint: they sold my pre ordered Bloodborne special edition (which I had payed off in full for $70) because I was out of town working and couldn't pick it up within 48 hours. I did not receive a phone call or any sort of notice that there was a 48 hour policy. Imagine buying something online at target, paying for it IN FULL, then driving to the store to find out that they sold your product. They also 'lost' $160 of store credit of mine in their computer. Good thing I had receipts to prove it. I demanded a cash refund and I will never spend another dime in a GameStop store. I only download digitally now. Also, what kind of a store opens at 10am? So all the fat neck beards who work there can stay up all night playing World of Warcraft and DOTA 2 and sleep in before work. The Caj Mahal of game stores. 1/10 would not do business.
PS: You should make a 'Baby Game Stop' for kids and their stupid parents who buy Wii's and Pokemon so they can stop asking a million questions in line and wasting...
Read moreI only gave this 5 stars because of Adrian. The only AWESOME employee/manager. The only reason my husband and I come to this location is because of Adrian, the store manager. If he left, we would not come because he is the ONLY nice, friendly, helpful associate/manager. Everyone else sucks. When we walk in the store they are focused on their work or even standing around and no one(besides Adrian when he’s working) says hello. Now when Adrian is there, everyone else acts like a suck up and want to be friendly because the manager is there. Demetricus sucks, he is one of the ones that really only speaks when Adrian is there. Austin suck. You could walk through the door, he’ll look at you-not even say a word, and go about his business of standing there. Read moreThey don't honor the warranties on purchases. I purchased a new xbox1s. Had problems right out of the box. Called in to the store and they told me to proceed with the updates and that may resolve the problem. On the 4th day I called again and they told me that Xbox had a brand new update that was just released. I checked and they did. I work every day and don't have the luxury to play games every day. So by day 7 I did the update and it still did not fix the problem.. so I boxed up all my stuff and went to exchange it on day 8. When i enquired about the exchange, I was told that I only have 7 days to exchange an item and to call microsoft. Hence I'm pretty furious. Had I just brought it back the same day instead of following the employees advice, I would have avoided this problem.
