Super frustrated with my visit today. 6 people (4 groups of people) in line at the parts counter. When the guy at counter says he’s going to help the rest of people in line (which was the right customer service decision to make) while one guy is trying to order parts, the other guy tells him not to, because he’s trying to teach him something about ordering parts. Waiting 20 minutes to get a spur gear and to see if you had a Sledge in stock to purchase is ridiculous guys. If there are only two employees/associates in the store you need to be helping the customers that are waiting to buy stuff and not staring at a computer screen trying to figure out how order parts. Teach him how to order stuff later when there aren’t people standing in line for simple parts or to check out…

Then i notice they've got their prices in store jacked up from their own website. I originally looked on their site and found a couple models I wanted and went in to buy them, and the sticker price was $20, sometimes $30 more. I asked the guy with the headphones and he scanned one and was just like "huh, that's different...want it at the lower price?". So I asked about the 2nd model being the same situation and he seemed annoyed so I just chose to buy only one. I asked him if they carried the lighting or paints that go with it, when I knew they did, and he just smirked and said no. I asked him again just to be sure and he was like "nah, don't know nothing about those models" and went back to his phone...he was clearly done with me since I hadn't wanted to pay the higher price.
