REALLY disappointed in the Concord Mills MK store. I purchased yet another handbag from them yesterday and the protectant spray and got all the way home to find she put their tester bottle in my bag. I drove all the way back to Concord Mills today - an hour and a half round trip - to get a replacement and a measly “sorry, nothing else we can do” from a Manager. I think a refund of the $9.95 would have been appropriate...at least covered my gas for driving in circles. She said they couldn’t give out free product citing it would mess up inventory levels. I know darn well she could have damaged a bottle out and made this right for a loyal customer. I won’t shop at this store again. I recommend you take your business to the Charlotte Premium Outlets store. I’ve spent thousands on the brand, but this store will never see...

Very nude employees in this store.Extremely Disappointed – Would Give Zero Stars If I Could

We purchased two bags as gifts for two different people and politely asked for them to be placed in separate paper bags. They refused, claiming their policy is to give only one bag if the items fit together — even when the items are clearly for separate recipients.

We even offered a solution: to cancel the purchase and place two separate transactions under two different names. This way, we’d be treated as two separate customers. The manager still refused, saying it didn’t matter because we “walked into the store together” — which makes absolutely no sense.

It’s unacceptable for any business to treat paying customers this way. I would give zero stars if that were possible. Never...

I have decided I will no longer shop at this store. They are more concerned with theft than actually helping the customer. Hiding behind pillars and haunting the front door instead of being available. Hire a security guard so you can do your job. There is one male salesperson who is the rudest and seems to think he is a watchdog instead of a salesperson. He'll come up to you and make a snarky comment about needing any help. I've had a few encounters that I brushed off. My friend came in with me this last time and felt the same disrespect. No more. I will go to Coach...
