We originally purchased a wedding ring from here back in May of this year. Two weeks later I noticed the diamond was loose so we had to ship the ring back to get fixed. A couple weeks go by and I get my ring back and A WEEK, not even goes by and the actual diamond fell out of the bracket. Luckily I found the diamond and we had to ship it back AGAIN. Mind you the customer service during both these times wasn't a friendly interaction, the manager (Jesus) acted annoyed with us like it was our fault they had to fix this ring multiple times. I had engagement pictures scheduled in advance that I could not get my money back for so they had to send a ring similar to mine with a bulky bracket since the ring wasn't my correct size and my original wasn't ready. I got my original ring back and the bracket to hold the diamond in was designed differently than the original just TO KEEP THE DIMOND IN. I took this ring to get cleaned and examined a couple months back and it took 5 seconds, It looked like they didn't clean it and said it was fine. I have had this ring for half a year and it is tarnishing/turning gold. I am a stay at home mother, I am not rough with my hands by any means. This whole process has been awful and has taken away the excitement of being engaged. I am constantly worrying about the diamond falling out so i barley wear it (what fun is that when you're freshly engaged) and even more upset it's changing colors in such a short period of time. My fiancƩe tried to take the ring back today to get at least half a reimbursement and for them to keep the ring but Jesus said there isn't anything he can do about it. This has been a roller coaster of emotions for me. This is suppose to be one of the most happiest and rememberable time of my life and it's been far from that. After multiple attempts to fix this ring I decided it was time to make a review. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They do not care at all, they just want to make a sell. This company sells cheaply made jewelry and sells it as high-end. I am disappointed in the head manager Jesus, we have dealt with him our entire process and needs re-training in this department if he wants to stay a manger. Were also told that the item would be back before 12/15/24. I had a gut feeling that something was going to go wrong. We made a call yesterday because we havenāt received any communication on the status of the order. We spoke to Ed and he stated that the ātorchā had been broke for the past 3 days. We were also told that the resizing is done āin-houseā! As stated earlier we were initially informed that it would be shipped to a different facility for resizing. This is unacceptable, because: (1) we didnāt delay payment/purchase, (2) the store did not notify us of any delays & (3) the store had 14 days to get the resizing completed. Today is pick up day and we just walked out of the store without our product. When we first arrived, we were lied to by Ed and told that it was being worked on and that it should be done by 3:30 or 4. Well lo and behold, when we returned at 4pm, Chuwanda informed us that the the Jeweler was NOT there LOL. This is some BS! I will never patronize...

However, Iāve had about 4-5 stones replaced within 3 years of having my ring. Iāve also sent it in the get it resized, came back and it was not resized at all. Iām not sure why they call it a āpromise dateā because I have ALWAYS received it after said date. I also had the center stone of my ring fall out 1 week before family photos. When I asked if they could rush the repair order, they wanted me to pay for it. I donāt believe that I should have to when itās your quality that is not holding up correctly.
