I don't know what this place thinks it is, but calling it a "resort" is an insult to the word. It's more like an over-glorified HOA run by a power-hungry dictator who would rather slap unnecessary rules and regulations on paying guests than focus on actual hospitality. Let me start with the so-called "security" — instead of securing anything, the guy's full-time job seems to be yelling at guests about a 10-mile-per-hour speed limit. As if that’s the biggest issue on this failing property. Meanwhile, his real job, securing the place, is clearly not on his agenda.
Now, let’s talk about the owner: A real estate titan who married a Cambodian princess and swooped in with his elitist policies like banning open carry and firearms, and forbidding political flags. This is America, and last I checked, this place isn’t supposed to be a police state. These policies are more fitting for a tyrannical HOA than a supposed "luxury" RV resort. Guess what? We didn’t come here for your self-serving rules. People come to enjoy freedom and comfort — something this place seems to have forgotten entirely.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the only shred of "luxury" you’ll experience is when you first walk in — before having to interact with staff. The kitchen staff? Clearly, they're as fed up with this place as the guests are. And it shows. Just look at the one-star kitchen cleanliness rating they got from OSHA! It's all over the internet for anyone to see. Yet they’re spending money on irrelevant crap like putting in speed bumps, while the actual necessities for a comfortable stay are ignored.
The washing machines are ancient and will ruin your clothes. The water pressure is weak, and forget about getting a hot shower. The Wi-Fi? Absolutely useless. It’s 2024, and somehow, this place still hasn’t figured out how to provide basic internet service to its guests. To top it off, the park is filthy. Trash is overflowing, and the entire place smells like a dumpster fire. It’s like they’ve decided that keeping the property livable is just not worth their time or money.
Oh, but don’t worry, they’ve got enough cash to "upgrade" their office and put in even more speed bumps! Meanwhile, guests are left dealing with rundown facilities, subpar amenities, and overall discomfort. If this is what passes for "luxury" at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, then they’ve clearly lost touch with reality. Do yourself a favor — avoid this disaster of a park unless you enjoy paying for a nightmare.
Don’t let me forget the full-time pool that closes at 10 PM and has water that feels like it just came out of a dirty bathtub — it stinks and tastes disgusting! And the general manager, Lea Ebitner, is a whole other problem. She seems to think she can do whatever she wants with her policies. After evicting us, she had the nerve to say, “We are just exercising our rights.” Well, it’s clear that her priority was more about the $1,700 a month she was pocketing from us and proving a point that she can do whatever she wants, rather than running this place with any...
Read moreWhat.A.Great.RV.Resort!! Location is perfectly hidden off the 15frwy & Blue Diamond. Full amenities - full hook-ups (water, sewer, electric - 30&50amp, and cable), HUGE clean restroom & showers with A/C (cleaned daily around 8:45am), spacious laundry room (4 washers, $1.50/wash & 4 dryers, $1.00/dry), family pool, adult only pool, and adult only jacuzzi. The main lobby has a pretty good stocked general store, a cafe (pretty good breakfast), a decent gym, and a movie room. They have a small golf course around the resort, and equipment is free inside the general store. There is RV wide WIFI, which is a huge plus. The WIFI is not streaming worthy when the park is full, but they do have several WIFI hookups you can switch to if it is moving slowly. The cell phone signal is good, too. There are several RV maintenance pros on site to take care of any repairs or washing needs. The resort is conveniently located near several restaurants, the strip, and outlets. They have 24/7 security and continuously patrol the grounds. We accidently left our front door open for 14 hrs one day, and nothing was taken. We stayed in space 186, which is perfectly located near the restroom/showers & laundry, which was a huge PLUS!! We almost moved across from the pool, but when we realized how convenient it was to be next to the restrooms, we opted to stay put. If you are planning on staying more than a week, my recommendation would be to book a monthly (even if you're not staying a month). The monthly rate is more reasonable than a 1 week plus a la carte rental. There is plenty of parking if you have any guests that want to come visit you. You can park 2 cars at campsite, and there are several parking spots near the pool and main lobby. The park is pretty friendly and there it a dog run on the east side of the park. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Oasis and would stay again.
Update: We've stayed twice more since our first stay. Every time has been great! Live music in the bar on Friday & Saturday nights. Their event coordinator is awesome. She puts on some really great events for...
Read moreAs full-time RVers who have stayed in parks all across the country, this has unfortunately been one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. Many of the positive reviews online are misleading or simply inaccurate.||From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this RV park is not dog-friendly. There are signs everywhere restricting where dogs can go, the dog runs are small and poorly maintained, and overall, the atmosphere is unwelcoming for pet owners.||The food at the on-site restaurant is subpar, and more than once we were told drinks were unavailable due to staff shortages—even when only a few guests were present. While they blame local liquor laws, that excuse wears thin when it happens repeatedly. If that’s truly the issue, management should consider adjusting staffing so guests can actually enjoy amenities around the pool and lounge areas.||There’s also a woman in the office who persistently pressures guests about promotions and free day offers. Her approach feels intrusive and creates an uncomfortable environment for visitors simply trying to enjoy their stay.||On a positive note, the RV spots do have nice concrete pads. However, they are packed in very tightly, leaving little space or privacy. There are restrictive signs posted everywhere—even instructing guests to pull into parking spaces rather than back in, which feels unnecessarily rigid.||The entire resort gives off a highly controlled and unwelcoming vibe, especially for pet owners. The bar area is outdated, resembling something from the 1950s, and the overall food and drink experience leaves much to be desired. During our stay, the pool waterfall was out of service, and the staff appeared consistently short-handed.||In our opinion, this park is not worth the stop. We would strongly encourage fellow RVers—especially those traveling with pets—to look elsewhere for a more welcoming and...
