Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer service! Waiting on a line just to drop off a package and get a receipt is ridiculous and to get attitude from the sorry customer service representative is a joke!!!! Please donât go here for your Fed Ex packaging just go directly to the fed ex store on 441 (State Road 7). If you donât want to wait on a line while the sales people talk with other customers about where they get their nails done and what they are wearing for Halloween while you wait! And to be clear yes I encountered a rude Hispanic woman very short with a heavy accent and gray and pinkish red hair. This is not about being of culture this is just to give a description because as I read the reviews here I realize this woman is habitually rude to everyone and clearly Office Depot does not care to do any thing about her lack of service skills. The rude woman made sure to tell me itâs not her fault that one register is only open for Fed Ex it is the decision of the higher ups who choose to only keep one register open and who donât care about the customers. What was even more disturbing is that she felt the need to share this information with me as if she was right in having this level of respect for my time and in a position to speak to me with such attitude and then be upset with me when I returned the favor! You donât get to choose how people respond to your negative behavior but obviously she has not learned that just guess by the rolling of her eyeballs. If she is not happy with the job or if Office Depot is not paying her enough to care about customers or treating her with enough respect to where she can return that to customers then she should be gone!    Read moreFive people standing at the printing center three people standing in the line only two customers being attended to at the counter however three associates chatting about what took place yesterday and customers that are waiting for orders two of them pointed directly at me asking the other to help yet no one moved while they continued to discuss other customers that went before me that are no longer in the store. One of them decides to grab a cup of coffee and continue to chat with the others. When I ask whether or not she was available to help the guy looked at me rolled his eyes and said she's leaving. Neither of the five people that were standing behind the counter even acknowledged myself or the other individuals that were waiting. Once I finally got some help they couldn't ring me up at the printing center. I had to go wait in another line at the cashier. Only to come back to the printing center to still have no help... After being in the store over 50+ minutes... Having to leave now to pick up my child from school. I ask the lady at the counter what else she needs from me now that my order has been paid for. She said "nothing" ... As she continued to work with a new customer. I told her I have to leave I've been here long enough. She then looked at me and said come back tomorrow. I was never asked whether or not I needed the print out today I was not told that it would not be able to be done today. She just took the Liberty to dictate my needs.    Read moreI have received the absolute WORST service at Office Depot located at 6285 Lantana Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33463. ZERO Star. I submitted and paid for a 300 postcards printing order Sunday(4/22/18)afternoon (receipt timestamp 4:47pm) was told order would be completed within 24 hours. I emphasized to the worker to ensure the cutting and quality is accurate due to subpar work received in the past. I arrived after 6pm on Monday(4/23) and the work was NOT complete..TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I asked to speak with a manager and a Customer Service Manager(CSM)name Anthony, came and stated a worker called in and they were short staffed. This is NOT A CUSTOMER ISSUE. I was told the Managerâs name is Andre. Note, when I entered the store on Monday evening, there were approximately 7+ employees standing around conversing amongst themselves in the front of the store!!! POOR LEADERSHIP. The CSM stated, he will get the job done. I asked how long will it take? He said he cannot tell me how long( with an un-remorseful GRIN). The CSM appeared to be happy to refund the money and never even attempted to gather the employees who were standing around idle and expedite the process to ensure the customer was provided the service that was paid for and they did not fulfill. Still no NO APOLOGY for their inadequacy, inefficiency and failing their customer. I requested my money back and went straight to STAPLES(Okeechobee Blvd) where I received the BEST CUSTOMER AND PRINTING SERVICE IN LESS...
