Shamrock Liquor — Attraction in Florence

Since this place has been under new management, it has taken a nose dive. I bought a 24 pack of Diet Pepsi, a fifth of captain Morgan, a fifth of Jim beam, and a couple other small items. My total came out to a little higher than expected, so I asked for a receipt. I was reluctantly given a receipt, to which I reviewed and found that I was charged for 2 bottles of captain Morgan ($18 per bottle) because the cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring in the 24 pack of Diet Pepsi correctly. The 24 pack of Diet Pepsi had a green sticker on it with the price of $11 and some change. I went back in and all of the sudden the cashier acted like he couldn’t speak English. The exact same thing happened to my neighbor just days before. Even though the difference was only about $6-$7, the point is that these people are scamming customers and then acting like they can’t communicate properly, hoping the customer will just say “screw it” and forget about it. I have no idea why this place is getting bad reviews!! New ownership and a very welcoming store. It's not much to say. Other than yeah they sell liquor as stated in the picture but every time I've been in there it's been same person. And after the second time of being in there she remembered my name. Which goes a long way with me, especially in her line of work where she sees so many people.
