321 Forum Dr, Columbia, SC 29229, USA 3 minutes ago NOT RESOLVED 3.2Details 0 comments I purchased 2 pair of shoes on line and got them shipped to store in the sandhill mall store in Columbia SC.I received a messages that stated the shoes arrived. In route to the store, I found the shipped pair cheaper. I arrived at the store for pick up. Manager Debbie seemed as if she felt some type of way because I returned the shoes and she had to go retrieve them from the back. I also purchased 2 pair in the store on this day. My other pair did not get to the store after Christmas. On the 27th I went to pick up the pair. The sad thing is when I ordered it did not state that the shoes would be here after Christmas. So I had to purchase another pair. The shoes carnival pair I would have to return. I arrived at the store. I waited about 5 minutes before a cashier arrived to the register. The store was not busy. I told the cashier I was there for pick up. I waited 15 and 3 attempts for Debbie to emerged with the package. This is after she asked for my info after the cashier gave it to her 3 times prior. I told Debbie that I need to return the boots. That's when she got her panties in a bunch. I also told her my debit card for the account was dead and I was waiting on my new debit card so I asked if the return could be in cash. She refused and stated she could only do Merchandise Store Credit. I asked why and she told me to read the return policy in the nastiest way possible. I asked to speak to someone above her because the policy did not state what she stated and I had a receipt. I waited 10 more minutes. While waiting I called customer service. Could you believe I was speaking to a rep and told her my situation before Debbie returned. Ha. Customer service rep could not believe Debbie put me through all this. Even heard how Debbie spoke to me stating she could only do it this time will never happen again. I told her she didn't have to worry because I would never shop there again and she told me it was fine with her as she snickered with the cashier as the cashier gave me my cash refund. Rep could not believe her ears and told me to make a complaint. Debbie didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The rep did apologize.We both Could not understand why she...
Read moreI bought a pair of Sketcher Memory Foam shoes for my daughter for Christmas this year but they were too small. I just purchased them for $64.99 on the 23rd. We took the shoes back to get a larger size today the 26th and they are on sale for $49.99. I didn't have my receipt so according to the store manager, I could only do the exchange for the sale price which meant that I had to just be at a loss for the difference. That is a complete ripoff. I have never heard of not being able to get my money back even if it was a store credit especially at Christmas time. I've given this store soooooo much of my business/money in the past years but never again!!!! I will NOT spend another penny at Shoe Carnival! Their exchange policy is a awful and such...
Read moreI didn't know the store was in Sandhills, but I noticed it when I drove in the parking lot. A saw a sign "Buy One, Get Another at Half Price." I went in found the walking shoes. One of the employees directed me to the brand I wanted, Nike. I tried on three pair, two of which I bought. Not only did I get the sale price, but I got to spin a special wheel and got an additional three dollars off. The total price was a little over one hundred dollars. My last two pair cost me over one hundred-fifty dollars. Anyone who doesn't shop at a store because of a hair style, is a snob and can shop somewhere the clerks dress like he does.
