Usually have a decent time at the mall and their stores are great. I do have to note though that for this years record store day, the upper management failed to communicate with their security and even though records and rarities was following directions given to them by the malls management, the security team threatened to call the police on everyone (over 59 people) in line if we did not immediately vacate the mall. They would not allow the store to contact the general manager to resolve the situation before we all left .Historically, the event starts at 8 and the mall would open one of the doors at 7 however due to a lack of communication between the gm and the security, rather than participating in a well anticipated annual event dozens of patrons were threatened with police action. Again, the stores are great however if they are having this level of miscommunication amongst themselves regarding an annual event, one is left to imagine what their day to day operations are like. This situation was lucky able to be resolved in a respectable amount of time however it shouldn’t of happened in the first place

The Town Center looks lovely, but be careful with one of their stores not listed on the directory (hence the post is here for now) also known as "Se7en" or "Seven". They are supposed to be 7.99 or under, but when I made a purchase for 1 item they had it priced more than 7.99 and then followed with taxing me twice. We confronted her, and she acted like the only thing she did was tax me twice. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

They were rude as well. They don't offer refunds if something is wrong, but only exchanges. And they don't have fitting rooms even though they are all over the place. If you're travelling and won't be there for long. This won't be a place for you unless you plan to donate what you bought to trash (if there are holes) or to someone else (if it doesn't fit).

Again the center is nice, but they need to do something about places that try to cheat you from your money. I tried searching for this store's website where I can post this review, but so far haven't found it. If anyone else does. I'll be sure to move this review...
