SRQ Rent a Car Center Rcc — Attraction in Sarasota

Great strip mall shopping center. Something for everyone on this side of town. Bealls Outlet, Publix, Gym a new nail place, Hair Salon and of course Dollar Tree. If you can't get it done here, your not trying. Huge parking lot with some shade trees towads the front. Handicap parking in front of most stores and sidewalks under canopy from one store length to the last store. I also find, it's a good place to walk my two small dogs. Along the chain link fence and shrubs just before where the shopping center butts up to the Elementary school and along Manatee Avenue, where there is another sidewalk. It's a good long walk and surely will tire out any dogs. Not a lot of shade, by Manatee Ave, so it's a good idea to carry water and your poop bags. Ran in quick for a few subs, and came out over 30 minutes later...this is not typical of other Publix I've been to. There was a wait for the people in front of me as I notice the two ladies slowly making sandwiches. Once it was my turn my assistant helped in a non-rushed way. Her coworker pulled tickets from the line almost until my 3 sandwiches were being made while 3 customers awaited for her attention. Mine you, these tickets were for the following Wednesday order... Definitely not the typical attention we expected from Publix. Maybe they were new? I got there before 11 and many veggies and condiment items on the line we empty. I would suggest making sure lunch on a Saturday that line is full and you have quick employees to help. Otherwise, many customers will head...

Publix is my store there's always something buy one get one free. The people in the pharmacy are excellent. The store always has plenty of staff members working there. So if you need help finding something they're more than happy to help. I am very happy to say that there are human beings to check you out. I hate self checkouts. Cashiers are very courteous and after your groceries are bagged. They Always offered to take them out to the car for you. Publix has customer service it is not a self-service place.
