This review is about Ulta: Do your own research before coming to this store. The employees here don't have a clue; they just give you poor information to move you along. Then when they mess up, they don't resolve it; they just leave you stranded with a shrug and oh well. A rep told my mother that a product would be in on the Friday shipment, so my mother purchased a gift card for me to pick it up when it arrives. I go in to get the product, it's not there. Found out that Ulta no longer carries it. If the rep hadn't lied to my mother about the Friday shipment, then she wouldn't have purchased the gift card. The manager told me to sit on the phone with customer service; I did, and customer service said the store had to fix its own error; manager told me to sit on the phone with customer service again (I refused this time because the customer should not be working to fix the store's mistake). Still an unresolved mess that I as the customer am caught in between all because of an employee who didn't care in the first place and employees afterward who don't care to resolve their mistake. Don't even bother shopping at Ulta. I now have to get my products directly from the vendor for the same price, which is what I could have done in the first place without the mess. The employees don't know anything, so don't bother asking for assistance. Do not buy a gift card, no matter what. Even if you've bought products here before, if Ulta decides to no longer carry them, your money will be stuck on the gift card that you can't use when you have to go get the...

Trapper's sushi, Mod Pizza, Mud Bay, Clothing stores for Big & Tall, Plus size mum AND our children?! Plus a HomeGoods all in one place? Perfect strip mall for this hausfrau!!
It's a great one stop shop for a "fun" part of running errands if I decide to go by myself or if the whole...
Read moreThe Trails is basically a circled-up strip mall. There are some good restaurants (MOD Pizza, Blazing Onion and Habit Burger are the ones we like), a large alcohol store with a broad selection, some clothes and shoes stores and a few boutique shops. Unfortunately the thing that stands out most to me is the parking and driving conditions. An awkward, closely-spaced pair of intersections comprises the entrance, followed by a low visibility crosswalk which is often used. There is enough parking but every half dozen slots there is a diamond shaped tree planter and curb which cuts the entire corner of 4 slots, making those slots only good for compact vehicles. The lot is not very minivan friendly in this regard. When you do find a spot, stay there and walk rather than moving your vehicle; this will be faster and less...
