I would give a ZERO if they offered.
I have a PO Box at this UPS.
They have never issued a key after many requests, their answer is always, we need to make you a key and we will give it to you once it’s made.
However, every time we go to check our box, they give us stink about not having a key. We remind them, they have still not issued us one, every time we go.
I went in on December 21st, Thursday. I asked for my packages.
The blond lady said in a cranky way, don’t you have your key? Ugh🙄, no you have not issued us one.
Then begrudgingly gets her keys opens our box pulls out THREE package slips.
Hands me TWO packages and in a cranky way throws me TWO slips and says “sign these”
I asked, where is the third package. She said, “it was picked up”.
I said “picked up by who”.
She said, “I don’t know, we have many employees”.
I said, “I had to sign for these two, who signed for my other package”
She angrily repeated “I don’t know, we have many employees”, as she took, MY mail, MY third slip from me and put it on the desk behind her, and told me she was going to call the cops on me.
What? I was actually willing to stay, because I know the cops would take my side, clearly, except my husband was home really sick and it wasn’t worth my time with this dark employee, no package is worth arguing with a dark person like this woman.
So, I asked for a copy of my mail that she stole and put on the counter behind her, which she again, Begrudgingly did, so I did receive a copy of my mail, my slip of the package they said they let someone else pick up.
I took my copy and left. She followed and ran after me outside and took pictures or videos of me and my car, very scary and threatening.
At this point I felt very threatened and scared by this dark very angry employee and her words and actions.
Regretting not calling the cops at this point, but again my husband was home with a very high fever, I didn’t want to be gone long. Regardless, now my frustration setting in with the way I had been treated, I went back in, went behind the counter, grabbed my mail she stole from me so I could research who they gave my package away too. And I took a picture of her at this time, as I felt very scared and needed to report her.
I got home and my husband got an email from Leah, the General Manager they cancelled our box. According to their dark, angry employee I was in the wrong.
In addition, there have been other bad customer service encounters we have endured with this UPS, without complaints we just told each other and let it all go.
We have two other UPS boxes, one in Miami one in Toronto, best customer service EVER, and we have had those boxes for years.
I added a photo, beware.
A side note, the last time my husband went in, he encountered a VERY kind employee, I wish he got her name. He said she was AMAZING. ...
Read moreI've been making Amazon returns here for a few years and I have maybe encountered one employee who was pleasant. They all act like when you walk in that you ruined their day. Amazon has different methods for returns and sometimes it can be a little confusing. It doesn't help when you walk in this place and you hand him your box and he doesn't reach out for it, He tells you to put it on the scale like he doesn't want to touch it. I then show him the screen of my phone and he said "what is that", let's out a disgruntled puff of air,and follows with " I don't use Amazon, I don't work for Amazon, I have no idea what you're trying to show me". I simply was trying to ask him if I click on the icon that said PRINT LABEL or whatever the other option was. The visit before this one is included The employee proudly telling me It was going to charge me $3 for Two pieces of tape and that I wasn't being charged for the tape as much as I was being charged for forgetting to tape it. I don't know what it is about that place I could go on for 30 minutes on all the horrible attitudes of employees and there should be no surprise when someday they strike someone's last nerve and end up being a headline. That person will not be me but When I report her on the news says " there was apparently no motive in this incident" , what they should say is , The mental instability of the idiot who was responsible was provoked by an apparently hostile staff evidenced by countless reviews on Google pertaining to the employees at...
Read moreCharged $20 to pick-up a Best Buy package! Best Buy online during check out lists this location as a 'prefered' pick-up location on their website (meaning no charge as if you are picking up at a Best Buy store). I was unable to pick up the day that my package was delivered to their facility, but WAS able to get it the next day. I was charged $20 to pick it up!!! ($10 to receive it at their location and $10 because I picked it up the day after they received it) On the delivery email receipt there was no mention of a fee, on the Best Buy website there was no mention of a pick-up fee, and there was no mention of a fee when I "mapped it" to decide if that was a close location to where I am staying. Best Buy could have delivered it for FREE to my doorstep, but I chose this location instead because Best Buy suggested it as a pick-up location. NEVER AGAIN!! (I should have refused the package and just reordered to my address, but I decided to be nice to the guy working...) I will be getting in contact with Best Buy to get this UPS site removed as a...
