I never thought I'd put a review on this page because while I have watched others say it is going downhill for this mall and I am a Florida born and raised native for over 28 years. Who they have leasing space and their mall has finally semt me over the edge.
WARNING FOR TREASURE COAST SQUARE MALL IN JENSEN BEACH, URBAN COUNTRY OUTFITTERS!
We spent $582 on August 30th, 2024 We purchased a cowboy hat and a pair of Sunflower boots that they did not have available in my size and had to "custom order". We had no problem and went ahead and paid as the quality of the items were genuine leather and the manager Kevin that was there kept reiterating how they pride themselves on customer service and making their customers happy. (Boy! Were we played).
He texted me the next day and said the size we "ordered" was not available and gave us the option of another style in his store or waiting as it would take up to 3 weeks for the Sunflower boots we only wanted and he would provide us with updates along the way. We were fine waiting.
Long story short, after numerous excuses like how they are opening up a new store which has nothing to do with me as a paid customer, the storm that hit Florida 5 weeks after purchase date, phone call after phone call, demands for refunds that went rejected with no valid excuse because it is a size and style they carry in their store even if they did get the order in, they are refusing to refund my money and it is now October 21st, 2024 and I still have no boots and no refund.
But yet, they kept reiterating how they pride themselves on patronage. What he meant to say was prey on it. I am now having to file a dispute with my bank, after being more than patient and probably having to go to small claims court.
At this point I just want to spread awareness for anybody that goes to shop specifically at Urban Country Outfitters. This is...
Read moreThis is a pretty decent mall as far as shopping goes because it has a little bit of all your basic essentials that you would go to the mall for. I personally like the shoe stores, Lids, and Old Navy. The also have a video game store there which I really like too. But the reason why I have it 4 stars and not 3 for just being a pretty average mall is the freaking awesome movie theater that they have on-site. The Regal Cinemas that is at this mall is straight top notch. Ever sense they started there remodeling project on the theaters and the seating, this place went from a decent place to catch a movie sometime, to my goto theater. The seats ALONE are worth going there for, bc they ripped out the old seats and put in Fully Adjustable Electronic Leather Recliners with armrests that are almost 3 times bigger then before. These new seats have bass shakers in them, so for example when something explodes on screen you will feel it in your seat. They are set so they subtle and not to much as to interfere with your movie experience. Then on top of the remodeling new seats better sound and picture, THE TICKET PRICE HAS STAYED THE EXCACT SAME AS BEFORE. Plus I'm disabled and there staff is superb bc they go above and beyond to help me out, even going as far as to escort me to my seat and carry my food and drink. I can't thank these great people enough there needs to be more people the take there customer service that serious. So ya because of how great the Regal Cinemas is, it brings the entire mall...
Read moreMy experience a few minutes ago at Spencer’s was absolutely dreadful. Every three seconds we had a woman (presumedly the manager, a larger woman in a striped shirt, her hair was in a ponytail and I beleive she wore glasses) coming up and bothering us, sometimes in the middle of our conversations, to ask us if we needed help- you’d think once or twice would be enough, but no, it was a constant. Not only was she hovering and bothering us the entire time while we were trying to pick out mugs, but she was also, very openly in the middle of the store, telling off an employee for something that was not at all her fault, a man stealing. Your employees cannot watch every inch of the store while also handling customers, which she seems to assume they are clairvoyant. As if these two things weren’t bad enough, she asked me relentlessly (and extremely loudly, almost screaming!) to donate after I’d previously told her, very loudly and clearly, no. She then took it upon herself to add it to my total anyways despite my clear refusal both times she asked. I don’t like getting into confrontations but this is simply unacceptable and elementary level (someone didn’t learn no means no, I guess) behavior towards both to me and her employees. Execute extreme caution when shopping here, especially if that woman happens to be working. She’ll ignore you and tack on whatever...
