Is customer service dead? Went to PINK to do an online return for some VS leggings. Waited in line and when it was my turn the girl saw the leggings and was like “are these VS? You can’t return them here, you gotta go to VS store” …. And I told her I’ve returned multiple items before from VS at the PINK store, it’s an online return it’s all going to same place. And she gave me an attitude and was like “Well you can’t do it here”. So i left and as I was walking out I approached these two workers talking and instead of seeing me approach and ask me “hey can I help you with something “ I had to interrupt their girl talk and ask for help. And I asked them if I could return VS stuff in their store and they said yes. And I said the girl up front said I couldn’t. And they told the girl. Then I had to go back to WAIT IN LINE AGAIN. And when it was my turn the same girl didn’t say a SINGLE word to me. Nothing. Like girl, you didn’t know, just say, “Hey my bad, I didn’t know” . And I would’ve been like “ its fine “. Like dude your wasting my time with an attitude. Lol don’t go to this location and if you do expect to see 10 workers and only one at the register with a line. What a joke.

Read moreWent in to the store on July 4th during their biggest sale of the year apparently and it was certainly busy. We were there in search of a specific item though. Rather than try and act like I had a clue what I was doing... I asked the first person I saw for some help.
I explained that we were heading out on vacation and this was the only chance to get this specific item, and that it was needed in order to wear an important dress packed for the trip.
While they didn't have exactly what we were looking for, which the lady on the floor knew right away, but she led us to something comparable and then went and asked her peers for any suggestions. They told us where we could get it, but we didn't have enough time. So they described in detail how to alter what we got so that it would essentially look and function the same.
At the end of the day, I was very grateful as the staff was able to assuage all of the anxiety stemming from forgetting to pack one thing, and instead, get back to being excited about the vacation trip.

My son was crying and his dad took him outside as I was inside looking for merchandise there’s an employee making fun of my son and imitating how he was crying with other employees over the headphones or speaker they use, obviously she didn’t know I was the Mother, mind you my son has autism so of course it was the worst experience I have ever had he is only 4years old. When I approach her and told her that it was unprofessional what she was doing and she was making fun of my son I asked to speak with a manager and SHE WAS THE MANAGER I was even more disappointed. I will never go here again or suggest this store. People like her should not be working in a customer service store where different races and people with disability go to the mall. And yes I am hispanic and she is white I guess she didn’t think i would understand her either. Very very unprofessional and insensitive from this individual.
