I could say so many things but by the end it would be a novel, so I'll break down the reasons to NOT spend your hard earned money here... Tanya GM: Rude, snide, cold, and condescending (these were her good traits) Rice: Saturated with oil and consumed 90% of the plate Noodles: Overcooked and flavorless Sauces: Aka, flavored waters. Beef, chicken, shrimp: ALL overcooked, dry, and tasteless. Vegetables: 98% Chokable chunks of half raw and have overcooked zucchini, 1 piece of raw broccoli, 4 pieces of onion (the onion was the best part of the plate). Did I say the manager was rude? Stood behind the cashier with a look of disgust on her face the entire time we were ordering- the cashier was the ONLY positive experience this place had to offer- big shout out to KATALIN, you were very helpful. Sauce not labeled or marked. Take a sharpie with you, they are all the same color and you won't know which is which by the time you get home, not that you will want to eat them anyway. And now after picking through this slop, im both still hungry, AND my stomach hurts.
This is a very big DO NOT RECOMMEND
On a good note... the chocolate lava cake that they order from what appears to be the same company as the chocolate cake at...

The salmon flaked perfectly, so tender and fresh that it literally melted in my mouth. The Japanese fried chicken was so moist on the inside with an airy crispy flavorful crunch in each bite that puts every other restaurant to shame. The two sauces that were suggested to me by the friendly and informative staff were exactly what I wanted, a little sweet with a kick for the chicken, then velvety buttery garlic for the salmon. There were so many sauces and food combinations that I could eat here every day and never run out... and, I just might.
Finally, the portions were more than abundant, enough to share later on with my friend and brag about how they missed out. If you haven't tried this Volcano Grille, you're the one missing out! Stop reading about it and experience it...
Read moreI thought I was the only one to have experience bad food but I guess there's other review with same issue. I Paid almost 100 for food. My burrito that I had was supposed to have shrimp, me thinking they didn't put none in there because you can right away tell when there's shrimp, it's big and juicy. This burrito the chicken katsu was so hard like if I was eating rocks. The shrimp I finally found it it was so hard and dry, like it had been reheated from day before. The burrito had so much rice instead of actual meat. I think i have cured my volcano cravings . And I thought I had found my perfect eating out place i guess I have to keep looking . I don't even know how to add pictures but if I could I would. The worst case of food posining you can get all because i was super hungry and tried not to be picky and complain. I guess no need for diet anymore I'm pretty sure I'll be loosing the weight with this burrito . If I could get a refund or pay for my 24 pack of toliet paper we will...
