Originally sought out Tim because of his high rating on Google and location. Let me tell you there is a reason for only relevant 5 star reviews.

I reached out to Tim to get my fiancés engagement ring resized after being slightly too large. Within a couple of hours Tim respond in a very welcoming and professional manner. After sending a couple of photos and discuss specifics about the ring, Tim gave me a step by step breakdown of what he was going to do with the ring to resize it and make it look good as new. I later scheduled an appointment within a week.

A big issue my fiancé wanted to avoid was sending the ring out for resizing and then being without it for days or even weeks without knowing what was going on, this was not the case for us. We arrived at Tim's workshop and was in and out in a little less then half an hour (obviously times will vary depending on what work needs to be done). A nice perk was that we could check to see if the ring fit during the different steps of the resizing process.

Overall the experience was more than 5 stars and will definitely be going to Tim for future repairs and maintenance...

I LOVED working with Tim. I came to him with my engagement ring mount and diamond. He not only set the diamond so that it was set and secure, he also added tweaks to the ring mount to make it a bit more twisted (the way that I wanted, which another jeweller had done incorrectly). It came out perfectly and absolutely stunning! I also came to him with questions about wedding band metal options and he was very informative and very helpful!

Overall, I LOVE working with Tim and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a custom ring or who just has jewelry questions in general. He is detail-oriented, very knowledgeable, kind, and always values the customer’s opinion. When making custom jewelry, he will work with you until it is 1000% what you want, and he doesn’t charge you until you are happy with the final product. Tim is amazing. I was given two of my mother-in-law’s brooches that were her grandmother’s and in much needed repair and cleaning. I knew they would not get a lot of wear as a brooch so Tim made them into a couple of pendants for necklaces and cleaned them up. One of them was missing a stone and he added a lovely stone and really made it look terrific. My husband then went back to Tim a few weeks later and had Tim design a set of earrings to go with the necklaces. These pieces are all amazing and I have received multiple compliments from family and even strangers wondering where they came from. I cannot thank Tim enough for helping us find a way to repair the jewelry and keep it in a state that allows me to enjoy it now and be able to pass it on to future...
