Where do I start? Let's say if I could give 0 rating or negative I would. My daughter tried on, picked out, and left a deposit of 50% on a dress from this place on February 15th with prom being on March 22nd. After not hearing anything for almost 3 weeks we call to check on the dress at which time we r just told it hasn't arrived yet. Then a few days later (the 18th) her mom takes her to the Locust Grove location where the manager/owner Jacinda tells us the designer still hasn't shipped the dress. I then get on the phone with Jacinda and am told on Tuesday that the dress will be overnighted but won't be there til Friday. She explained how she would send us a tracking number the next day(another lie). She then finally handed over the tracking as I am in store on Friday and the dress wasn't sent out until Thursday the 20th after 4pm. Then Jacinda tells me that the UPS Hub location in Forest Park is gonna call her back in 30 min so she can go pick the dress up. (Ends up being another lie) My daughter decides to look for a different dress and luckily finds one that she settles on. When it was time to talk abt what could be done for the inconvenience I was offered $50 off a $500 dress. Was also promised a discount because there were rhinestones missing on the dress so I guess the $50 offer covered both the damage and my inconvenience. Jacinda is by far the worst business person I have ever encountered. I told her I would be in her Locust Grove store on Friday and she decide that instead of meeting me there to get the situation remedied she would hideout in Conyers. I ordered a dress in May for an event in July, thinking I gave more than enough time. When I followed up, I was shocked to learn the dress hadnât even shipped from the vendor. I called the store, and instead of taking accountability, the owner made it seem like the issue was somehow my fault.
After some back and forth, she offered to send alternative dress options later that day or the next. That never happenedâno call, no text, no follow-up. I ended up requesting a refund due to the complete lack of professionalism.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. If youâre looking for reliability and good customer service, this is not the place.
Let me be very clear â the tip I gave was before I found out there was an issue with my order. It was in appreciation of the initial service, not the outcome. That tip does not excuse the mistake that followed.
Your staff quoted me a pickup date in June, which aligned with my original order and wear date. That date never changed on my end until I followed up and discovered the gown hadnât even shipped from the vendor. Thatâs when I updated you about the wear date because I did not deal directly with you.
The mistake happened internally â the gown should have already been in transit based on the timeline your staff provided when I paid. I was then told I would receive alternate gown options the same day or the next â which never happened. No one followed up until I asked for a refund.

Asked if they could steam the gown as it was wrinkled, which is a part of purchasing the dress.
