I was so excited to try our new Panera as I had always wanted this restaurant to come to our town in Cookeville. However upon arrival I was very surprised at how cold and stark this new Panera location felt. The kiosk ordering only makes the store seem more undesirable but I at least assumed my food would be prepared correctly since my husband was entering all the special info for our order. I can’t eat certain things due to stomach problems so I requested my sandwich not have he tomato product listed in the description and also requested that mayo be added. The salad purchased was all wilted, not worth what was paid
My kid's chicken was plain, flavorless she said. The fries taste old and like they were rewarmed.
I asked how much for an additional side of chicken and was told there's no button to ring it up??? What?
I asked for extra bread and was told we would have to pay since that was for dining in only? Since when?
