EZPAWN (1420 East Business 190, Copperas Cove) — Attraction in Copperas Cove

I been a long time customer here. I been coming here for years!! And I mean it. To be exact I been coming here for 5 years. And I love this pawn shop it is the best in the area. I recommend it to everyone. They are super helpful here and very supportive. They have treated me like family here. They know me for so long that they always go above and beyond trying to help me out and be supportive of my needs. Great staff they are all worth a whole a bunch. Lori , Ryan, Stephanie, Liz. My favorite people. I love them all. They are all super kind and supportive. They always go above to try and help you out and give you the best. Lori such an amazing manager super loving lady. Super nice to me and my kiddos. Gives us gifts once in a while. Always tries to give me the best option when pawning. She is amazing super hardworking and sweet. Ryan cool dude super supportive very fast paced person when doing a loan or a purchase. Very funny at times cracking jokes. Stephanie ohhhh that lady is my heart she is super kind and loving to everyone and I would say more to me and my kiddos. She worries about me and my kiddos all the time. Gives them candy when I come in and gives them hugs. She is a very loving lady so sweet and so helpful. She treats me like family. They all do. Liz I just meet this girl I believe she is new. I love her light pink hair. She is so kind and tries helping as much as she can. Very nice girl. Always with a smile in her face. I recommend this pawn shop to everyone. They are all amazing and the service is over the top....

I was in a bad mood because I just had about$1,000.00 worth of tools stolen. As I walked in to EZPAWN, with a scowl on my face, I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Christina. She was very friendly and polite, neither of which I was in the mood for. However, with her quick wit and bubbly personality, I soon found myself smiling. I didn't find the exact thing I was looking for but I did see a chainsaw. I wasn't sure about it but young miss Christina said I could start it up and see for myself how good it ran. Reluctantly I agreed and now I'm the proud owner of a new (to me) chainsaw. the hole experience at EZPAWN was unexpected and I'll be the first to say that I'll be back more often than I normally would.. the entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable. went to ezpawn in copperas cove, store #10902. My son put two things on layaway, he just wanted to get the MacBook out. When he called Friday the lady that answered told him to come in and they could work something out. We go in and are informed we have to buy both to get out. When we originally bought this was not explained. Else we would have done two tickets. Then we were told if we cancelled the items we would on get 16 of our 100. This makes no sense. Then the head manager wouldn’t even come and talk to us. Very upsetting, bad business and very unprofessional. Ontop of stealing my sons money. I want a better resolution then this cause this all is unacceptable.
