I booked 2 massages and while I saw the price was slightly higher than the popular Biltmore I assumed it’s probably nicer and new so I tried it. The massages were fine I found the advertising for the spa to be misleading. There is no spa. The facility is merely a room with a bed and you change in there and no robe to get into nothing. The check in area is in the gym and the waiting area is in the pedicure section where you wait next to the kitchenette and look into a glass that is dividing the salon and gym. I don’t think this should be called a spa. It’s a salon that offers massages. I was so disappointed to spend the amount and have no spa amenities as far as a relaxing waiting area and a quiet zone and a sauna. Even during the massage I could hear the rumblings of the salon. This was misleading and for the price being more than a full service spa down the street it was...

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Tammy! I came in with dark brown hair and a dream of going lighter, and Tammy absolutely nailed it. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
