Coral Square — Attraction in Coral Springs

I recently purchased my 3rd car from Coral Springs Auto Mall last month. When I was called to provide feedback I gave my honest experience. The issue I expressed was that I didn't feel like time was spent getting my NEW car ready to drive home. I was there long enough for it to be ready. There was still tape and plastic everywhere. I told the person I would have someone take care of it because I lived in the next county. Apparently my feedback was passed on to several people throughout organization because within minutes I received 3 back to back calls apologizing and offering to resolve issue...well! That easier said than done. I agreed on a day with the last caller. I was td I would be in and out just come in when I got there it wasn't the case. No appointment logged. Pass the buck attitude. Just wait...well I got ERIC who came across impatient and sarcastic after I approached over an hour later. "We don't Magical Detailer here...it takes time" I'm like wow 😲 I'm here because of the sloppiness on delivery. He mentioned he was going to check on my car...after 10-15 minutes I saw him in the showroom. I asked him again and he seemed irritated about my car. It now approaching two hours and I just wanted .my car he drives up in my car leaving my front door open while blocking another person and flings my keys in my direction and he walks off. I checked my car and the issue is still there in the grill of my car. I go inside to get a manager because after the wait I still had the same issue with guy giving me attitude...excuses about the person. I just wanted out of there. He then drives with my car again. Comes back saying he told someone to tell the next person...it could have just been wiped off? Ub no I was told my whole car along with all of the issues would be taken care of. Now I'm on my car after the so called detailing...almost two hours. What do I see? A MESS!!! Look at how my mats were put in,,,look at the grill of my car? 9/12/25. Yes, gregorys Coffee shop at this mall is corrupt. A call I placed today to mall Manager Melissa "could not be connected at this time." Clearly I- and my concern, if not fear, that Lease of gregorys could be re-newed this month at the mall) am being "dissed" (dismissed) by both gregorys and mall management.

8/12/25 I began coming around November 2025 to this mall again for coffee from gregorys coffee but because I was a Loyalty Member who responded to internal gregorys (Greek-owned) surveys after each visit or delivery order a corrupt gregorys manager, Sam (? the counter girl who said they have strict instructions not to serve me) has "banned" me from being a customer anymore. I reported this corruption to the mall and other authorities.

I all but stopped coming here for a long time- over a year- except to take my car to Sears (when Sears was still open) because I was followed out to my car in the parking lot by an angry male employee at a place that used to exist here called Tzatziki & Tahini or a similar sounding Middle Eastern name. This mall is the closest one to me so the main reason I shop here is for convenience. I have been shopping here for 18 years and I can't see that much as changed in all those years. When my daughter was younger I frequented Gymboree, Build a Bear, and the Disney Store. Now the stores I mainly shop at are Victoria Secrets, Kohl's, Hot Topic, Bath and Body Works, Journey's and Hallmark. That's about it. Customer service in most of the stores I visit is lackluster so I don't expect it anymore. I try to limit my visits to grabbing what I need and leaving. I rarely linger around. The food court has the usual suspects you would expect to find, there is nothing exciting about it. During the holidays they have Santa or the Easter Bunny available to get portraits done with. Some years ago they took out the carousel which my daughter loved when she was a toddler. It has been replaced by a very sad train ride that goes in a circle.
