Nice people and an artistic atmosphere. I was disappointed because I paid for full highlights but there are just a few on the top in the back. Another client came in for a hair cut so the foiling stopped. I am used to most of the hair on the head being included in full highlights from experience at several other salons in a few states. I wanted my hair to be more blonde overall. Any highlights on the back are considered full highlights in this salon. I made an appointment with one stylist and was switched to another and no one said anything until I asked about it. I mentioned that it seemed like a partial highlight and was told any foil on the back is considered full highlights. They put on toner but did not ask if I wanted to spend the extra $40, I think they had problems with the color and toner helps. My wife went to this salon for a second time. Her previous stylist had set forth a plan for future hair care, but was not available when she came for her second visit. The stylist who took care of her disagreed with the other stylist and recommended a different plan of action for the day…a more expensive plan of course.

The stylist seemed unhappy and even called out for help from other stylists at one point, feeling that she was over her head. She burned my wife’s scalp repeatedly and was pulling her hair roughly when combing it. My wife cried in the chair from all of this, and eventually asked to stop because her nerves were so frayed by the experience. She asked to leave the appointment early because she did not want to continue. She was charged just a little over $250 for this experience. I have never been to this salon but made a 2:30 appointment to get a color done. The receptionist called me at 2:15 telling me they needed to cancel my appointment and did not give any reason why. She offered me an appointment on another date but I told her I would be out of town. She then sat in silence with clearly no solution. I understand that things happen but calling 15 minutes before an appointment is totally unacceptable. This salon is obviously not professional and maybe it's a blessing in disguise that my appointment was cancelled.
