Tanya was helpful in helping me chose the fabrics and furniture for my home in spring of 2024. The delivery team came to my home to deliver furniture without confirming and coordinating with the Ethan Allen Coralville office and with me. The truck showed up at my home on a date and time that I was not home and had to reschedule the delivery. When the delivery came the 2nd time, once coordinated with me in October 2024, one of the back cushions to our Spencer Track Arm couch was missing. I made made multiple calls to Ethan Customer Service and sent several emails to the Customer Service team and the Coralville office. Michael from the Coralville office was trying to help me and he directed me back to customer service. I had to follow up continuously asking where the cushion was, for my couch. I had a couch that I didn't use for almost six months since there was a missing back cushion. In February 2025, I spoke with a female manager in Customer Service who said she was going to offer some compensation option for the missing cushion, but that never came to fruition. Up until this time, I had been purchasing EA furniture since 2001. I have since made several purchases with Norwalk Furniture, Room and Board and Furniture Row and have been very happy with their furniture quality and even more so with their customer service and furniture delivery teams. Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service and delivery process. I placed an order for two chairs on January 2nd, 2017, with an expected delivery of 6-8 weeks. After two months, and no contact from Ethan Allen, my online delivery estimate was pushed to March 27th (13 weeks after my order). We quickly blew past this expected delivery date. I contacted Ethan Allen on numerous occasions and received delivery estimates of May 1st, May 15th and eventually May 22nd.
It is now May 25th (23 weeks after my order), I have yet to receive my order and there is still no delivery date scheduled. My online order status still says March 27th and I can’t get Ethan Allen to return my calls or give me an actual delivery date.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I do not receive my order in the next week, I will be forced to go to small claims court to seek the return of my...

Even though he lived 2000 miles away, Meredith was able to share her design ideas and recommendations with him. We bought a sofa and ottoman and waited for it to be completed and delivered. When the big day came, the expert Ethan Allen delivery team was not able to get the sofa into the house. Meredith and the whole Ethan Allen team came together to address the situation. New items were selected and we looked forward to a new delivery date. Meredith was great about keeping us informed throughout the process - and the new selections are absolutely fabulous.
