I’ve been spoiled by Target and their return policy. If the item does work, doesn’t fit, or you change your mind - they let you return it and get a refund. I typically spend twice as much during that visit. At Evereve, I got a $90 pair of jeans and got feedback from family that they weren’t the style that best work got me. I had removed the tag - but only wore them for about 2 minutes. When I attempted to return them, I got a “too bad - there’s nothing we will do for you” response. Rules are rules - but that kind of customer service is not right IMO. I’ll buy my $90 jeans online...

Walked in on Saturday and not one employee spoke a word to me. I was honestly shocked. Not even a hello or can I help you find anything. They had a few cute things, but when not one person greeted me I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
