The only disappointing thing that I can say about this location, is often the seasonal flavors are few and far between when it comes to them being in stock -- I can't fault the store too much though. They're incredible cookies, and people want the seasonal ones before they're gone. Other than that, I've never had a bad experience with this location -- they're friendly and have quick service. They couldn't see the cookies I had ordered yesterday through chownow, but cookies were still delivered on top of some free cookie coupons. I appreciate the preemptive "make the moment right". All of the cookies are delicious, so I wasn't too upset to not have received my exact order, but I'm glad they righted this "wrong". Will continue to come to this location any...

The service has been quite good each time we’ve gone. There are a lot of fun flavors that are fun to both look at and try. The monster cookie is my favorite and my husband’s fav was not-your-grandma’s oatmeal cookie. He also loved the birthday sprinkle cookie, which has some yummy almond flavor in it.

A couple of critiques: The cookies are super sweet! I like sweet things, but they really needed a little more salt to balance it all. We felt this way about all of the cookies (we’ve tried 7 or 8 different ones). The cookies aren’t consistent in texture, which is a huge bummer! I was SO disappointed by Cookies and Dreams. My husband and I live in Kansas City and I had been dying to try these (some specific flavors!). My husband had a work trip to Iowa City and I placed and order on the day he was driving home for pickup. I placed the order before 7am and when he got there for pickup, they nonchalantly told him they had sold out of a lot of the cookies I had ordered. I guess I was under the impression that they would set aside the cookies for that day's preorders to ensure we would get our cookies.
