JCPenney — Attraction in Coralville

I'm not a picky person but... I haven't had this bad of cut in my life. My husband and son were getting a cut so i decided to have mine trimmed. How hard can that be?!?! Obviously the woman just wanted money without making an effort!! Biggest mistake of my life!! I can't leave my house until i get my hair evened up. Its that bad!! My pretty hair that fanned evenly when i ran my fingers through it is totally gone. She just chopped around the bottom like a 5 year old... no a 5 year would have made more of an effort to make it even. I realized after i left that she hadn't lifted one piece of my hair to make certain it would lay correctly. Sloppy!!! I plan on finding a way to get my money back. What stinks is to get it corrected someone will need to cut even more of my hair off. My hair grows slow and has taken years to grow out. People just...

Poor customer service and management not truly acknowledging that the assistant was wrong and I was correct. The male assistant was not helpful but argumentative the entire time. No sales tact at all. Even if this male assistant is new, he was taught to ask someone that knows what is going on. NOT argue with the customer. I went on line and found it way cheaper .

Interesting enough when I was leaving a woman walked up to me and said, which one was it. She had told me that she has had troubles with the staff.

I spent over $600 the night before and the two ladies that have worked there for a long time had done an excellent job...
