Panera Bread — Restaurant in Coralville

I work in the mall and I had my food delivered to me. I asked for it to be delivered between. 5:45-6 pm and put in the comments that I got off of work at 6. The delivery girl shows up at 5:20 with my food! I tell her she was early and that my food was gonna be cold now. She gave me sass so I decided not to give a tip. When she noticed that I did not give a tip, she tried to argue with me saying that I should give her a tip and now she is less inclined to want to deliver to our store. I explained that my food was now going to be cold by the time I get to eat it because she was so early and she proceeded to say, "would you rather I deliver it late then?". This is the SECOND time I have had issues with this delivery girl (and yes I did tip her the first time). Love Panera, but this location seems to have a lack of detail or simply put, they don't really care what they are doing. First visit, I ordered a iced chai latte, I waited in line for over 10 minutes and watched people who ordered menu items, corporate orders and many who ordered after me get serviced. I'm a pretty patient person, after that long period of time I asked if there was a mistake along the way. The girl looked down and said oh, here, that was sitting here for awhile. No apology. Second visit I had a rapid pick up order of soup and a salad. I should have checked the bag before I got home, soup was cold, salad had half of the toppings and no dressing....

ordered my food and the worker who took my order was very nice and helpful. upon receiving my order I noticed the fruit cup I was given was half full and the pineapple was in shreds and looked old. I went back to ask for a different cup of fruit and was told they were out for the day. I was then offered a refund, they called a manager up to the front who was extremely rude and did not see my issue. she spoke a total of 3 words to me and walked away in the middle of my refund.
