If anyone is looking at this business because they are experiencing an issue with their gaming system not reading game discs, please don't hesitate to come to this place.
My PS5's laser lens gave out on me yesterday. My warranty with Sony had just run out. Sony wants a ridiculous amount to fix the issue, which has been noted to be common for systems approaching the 2 year mark. Instead of having to wait a week+ turnaround from Sony's Support, I brought my system in earlier this afternoon and got it back working properly within hours (turnaround time depends on if they have the part in stock / how big of an issue as well). 6 Month warranty was included for the service provided as well.
The price for fixing this issue was respectful. James and Ishmael are both courteous and knowledgeable at fixLab.
If you are leaning towards hitting them up for a quote or some info on an issue, please don't hesitate to send them an email; they reply fairly quickly.
