No business skills, poor customer service

You all have a 2-and-a-half--star rating on Yelp - Does this not bother you?? SMH.

Horrible, rude, vain, shallow females. I do my weigh-ins at Jenny Craig. The Sallys is next door, so for me, it's convenient. However, my favorite Sallys is on Crenshaw Blvd, where customers service is far and beyond. These ladies at the Culver City location have formed some type of a clique' and when certain people walk in they continue to carry on their empty fake valley-girl personas. Hellllllooo - it's Sally's store ladies. Not Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Heck, service is much better there. Get some mature individuals to manage this store. These women's customers service skill stinks. And with Walmart sucking up all the businesses and just about everything moving to online, it's not like there aren't other options. Gave this store a third and last chance and got the same treatment. No one bothers to look up when I enter, no greeting, no asking if I need assistance, no thanks for stopping by. Ross, next door is the total opposite. When I walk in the young man greets me and says thanks for shopping at Ross - "nice day." What makes these nasty attitude ladies at the Culver City feel like their rude behavior should be tolerated. "Three-thumbs down." Sent a complaint to corporate today. Hope you Culver City Clique' get "that" dreaded phone call.

I’m a faithful Sally’s customer. I am not as frequent because I buy in bulk and return when I need to stock up. You all are not trying to make that money. Too focused on whatever it is, got you all thinking you’re better than - too - bad. YOUR LOST...

Customer service sucks here. I usually go to one in Hawthorne where they actually seem like they want to help you. I asked one girl that I thin was the manager about hair dye and she really seemed like she didn't want to help. Just went and told me what I needed for certain colors. Then went back to what she was doing, obviously I asked cause I don't know what I was getting. She didn't ask me what if there anything else I needed. Then when I went to Check out the girls seemed annoyed with the lady that was previously there. When I was checking out she was still putting things away on the back wall. Will not waste...

There is a Sally Beauty right by my house, however I always drive to this location. The store is always clean, the specialists always greet you when you come through the door and everyone is generally helpful. Today, Kenny caught me in search of hair color and went above and beyond to suggest and help me find the right brand and color. He could have walked right by me and not gone that extra mile, however being helpful and assistive seems to be who he is. He even opened up a register to expedite the line that developed. Thanks Kenny for being a great representation of what awesome Customer...
