Excellent company and a pleasure to do business with. Owner Aida had great communication in explaining things over the phone, is very personable and was punctual and well prepared for our appointment, coming with photo and video examples of the various blinds. I had no idea there were so many choices as what I had were generic Home Depot blinds. I am not someone with an inherent sense of style but Aida was, thank goodness. She has a great sense of style, educated me on the choices and made recommendations that fit within my budget.
I selected a sheer style of vertical blind which looks like a drape but functions like a blind. They are breathtaking--they flow and look like drapes but you can walk through them like blinds and unlike drapes and they are covering my 3 sliding doors. They have drastically improved and elevated the appearance of my small condo. I really wouldn't have believed that window blinds could TRANSFORM the appearance of an interior like it did and make me feel so much better about my living space and I have this peaceful feeling when I look at them. I also had horizontal blinds installed in two smaller windows which are exquisite. I'm extremely pleased with the blinds, the professional assistance I received from Aida--who responds promptly and responsively to questions, and the professionalism of Amir who installed the blinds quickly. It sounds silly to say that upgrading window coverings can improve one's mood, but its totally true in my case. ....
Read moreIf you want the kind of reliability from bigger vendors like Home Depot, you should think twice before you choose Budget Blinds, because there terms might change and you will be stuck in a bad situations, and I’ll quote from the email they sent me when I needed support: taking care of a past client is a very time consuming process. Now you know where they stand. We installed Lutron automatic blinds with them 2 years ago, two of the windows are pretty high up probably above 16 feet from the floor, and one of them is not working anymore. Now the store has a new owner Aida, she told us that we have to pay $199 just for them to go up there and trouble shoot the issue. This is not the agreement we had 2 years ago, but since that was with the old owner and installers, Aida said that they are not going to honor it anymore. So we are just stuck with the malfunctioning blinds if we don’t want to pay the $199 troubleshoot fee. If you have to choose them, please make sure that everything is on paper, so you don’t have...

Alda was patient as we made changes such as color and style in our estimate. She and her team also visited a second or third time to double check some of our measurements.
The installation process was very easy as her team would call to set up the appointment as well as text us a reminder that the installer was on his way.
One of the honeycomb blinds that was set up had measurements that were a little off. We informed and sent images to Alda to ask for a double check. Alda confirmed that adjustments needed to be made and replaced the honeycomb blinds with a new one with correct measurements.
Before the project, we had asked if Alda would be our main point of contact should any issues arise, and she responded that she was. Alda was responsive as she had promised.
