There are so many reviews out there it's hard to tell what’s legit and what's not, so I will tell you our experience so you can know firsthand how well they handled our situation.

We hired Anaheim Town Car Services to drive us from Union Train Station in LA to the Disneyland resort hotel. We did this to avoid having to take multiple trains or buses. We scheduled them to get us about 10 minutes after our train was supposed to arrive (we had never been on a train and were unaware of how late trains could be). Our train ride was….eventful. Between the train hitting a car on the tracks (everyone survived), to a separate incident where the police had to arrest passengers for harassing people on board, and then having to wait for cargo trains to pass because they have the right of way, needless to say, we were extremely late to our pick-up location.

Our driver Raj on the other hand was early to the pick-up location and called us to let us know he was there. I explained to him the situation as it unfolded. He was amazing. He told us not to worry, he will be there for us and he would never leave us stranded (I can not explain how relieving it is for someone to say that to you when you're in a bad situation). We were almost 2 hours late and he was still there for us. He quickly loaded our bags and wheelchairs into the van and we were on our way (We have a disabled son and mother-in-law and he was great with them).

Real quick, let's talk about the sprinter Van: 100% worth the investment. It has steps to get in, tons of room, you can stand up inside it so moving to the back seats is easy. The Van was clean and had drinks on hand for us, they also included a booster seat for our daughter and they had a big TV with a remote for us to choose what we wanted to watch and we got to control the volume. The AC worked great too, and they have LED lights on the ceiling which looks pretty cool. We also loaded in 8 large bags of luggage, and maybe another 7 backpacks and purses, plus 2 wheelchairs and it all fit in the back compartment so no one in the van had any luggage at their feet. It exceeded my expectations.

The return trip. He again arrived early. This time it was at night and we were going to Union Train station which is honestly sketchy/scary. He pulled right up to the hotel curb and loaded us in. He told us the time it would take to get there and it was accurate even with LA's crazy traffic. Upon arrival, he didn’t just drop us off on the curb and leave, thank God. Raj not only stayed with us, he made sure Redcap service came over with a cart and safely loaded all of us onto it before he left.

I can not express enough how blessed we were to have Anaheim Town Car Services assist us throughout this process. They took a huge amount of stress away and made us feel safe. The service provided was excellent. I took my family to Disneyland and was looking for a professional, safe, and reliable transportation service to go from the airport to the hotel and back. Anaheim Town Car proved all that and more. Online booking was easy and I especially liked being able to leave a driver tip when booking as this eliminated one more thing to worry about on travel day (you can skip this and tip in cash if you prefer). The day prior to pickup I received a text message confirming my pickup. Flight status was tracked and when we arrived at John Wayne Airport, I received a text from Brandy saying she was at the airport waiting. She gave me a description of the car and license plate number. Once we collected our bags, I texted her back the column number we were at and within a few minutes she was at the curb to pick us up. Brandy was friendly, kind, professional and a safe driver. For our pickup, was was early at 545am, Danny was on time and texted me as he arrived. We met him at the front of the Disneyland Hotel for pickup. Danny was also friendly, kind, professional and a safe driver. The drive back to the airport was pleasant and he dropped us off at the American Airlines curb for an easy check-in. Also, we needed a forward facing car seat for our 3 year old and both Brandy and Danny had the seat installed and ready to go at pickup (this can be requested at time of booking). In prepping for our family spring break, I was looking for a car service that was family friendly and offered a booster. I'm so happy to have found Anaheim Town Car Services, they were everything I was looking for and more. The driver that met us at the airport when we arrived was prompt, and the vehicle was equipped with water and even a kids movie in the back to keep little one occupied. The driver that met us at the hotel to drop us off at the airport at the end of our visit was prompt as well. We had some allergies we were fighting, and she offered to let us stop to Walgreens to get some tissue which was terrific. Both drivers were professional, but the customer service and hospitality we received from Brandy Castillo during our drive from our hotel to the airport was truly fantastic.
