Ken is a treasure. I have never seen anyone be this knowledgeable in any craft and he knows every nuance there is to know about Corvettes. I was buying one from a third party ('68 Corvette) and went to him to get suggestions on what to fix and for him to verify its condition. He was fair and honest, maybe not that common of a finding in mechanic shops, and was clear in what was critical and what was not. He could have oversold and was thankful he did not. What's more his passion for cars is evident and he truly wants his customers to enjoy theirs. Side note, the way he spoke to and about his wife when she happened to be in the shop (married for 40+ years I believe) goes to show you how truly gentle and sweet this man is.
If I were you I would not trust anyone else with your car, you won't be disappointed.
I would also like to add that while I spent more time with Ken, Greg was also very knowledgeable regarding prices and the market in general, and was also particularly helpful. They both made this process easier....
Read moreCalled many times previously to ask if Ken could work on my 1977 Corvette. He insisted that he could do whatever I asked/needed and to make the drive to him. I drove 3 hours to arrive to Ken just for him to say he couldn’t do what he said he could do on the phone. He proceeded to tell me to take it to other corvette shops. Ken refused to work on my car because it was too “energy consuming” for his liking and that he was the only worker at Coast Corvette. I highly recommend you stay away...

They were transparent about the condition of each car. Greg was great to work with also. I’ve put 1000 miles on this 65 since I purchased it without any issues. I highly recommend these guys for their knowledge, professionalism...
