WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

It took over an hour to receive the food, which came cold and soggy. Ordered specifically with no sauce, came coated in mayonnaise. Called in and talked to some girl that said she would have to listen to the call to see if I actually requested it. (Rude) Then talked to the manager who made me send a photo of the burger. (Seriously?!?!)

He made a big deal about how he was "jumping my order" and sending a free dessert. It is ONE in the morning, I'm traveling on business and want to go to bed, not a stupid chocolate brownie.

Then he says to send back the burger and he will refund 10, but not the price of delivery. Which means I have to stay up and wait for his delivery driver to come and get the burger. I told him to keep the money and leave me alone. It's a 25 dollar (yes I tip and ordered a side salad) lesson that I learned and will NEVER order from here again.

These hotel recommended restaurants do not realize that UberEats is a thing, easy fast and often free.

My recommendation is to avoid this place if you are looking for delivery.

Even If I could give zero stars I would still give one because the lettuce on the side salad was fresh and the man, after clearly seeing they did make a mistake (even thought he was adamant that he prepared it himself with no mayo and then stated that I had requested a replacement, when in fact it was the opposite... I said it's late and I dont want to wait for more food) seemed like he was trying to be his version of accommodating. Unfortunately HIS version of accommodating doesnt...

So this might be a long review. The cons in this review prevented me from give it 5.But we ordered 2 nights in a row from delivery prob spent over 160 bucks. So 1st (Sat) night we got 2 lasagnas which the kids loved. We also got a calzone and a Stromboli added pepperoni to it. That was pretty darn good I say. Just felt like it was way to bready. Finally we ordered a Greek Salad. Pretty darn good. Tonight we ordered 20 wings half Buffalo other half bbq. Wings had grate flavor. Only down side was they were not crispy. Also ordered another Greek salad. Same outcome awesome. Now to the cons. 1. We asked for packets of parmesan cheese. We didn't know if u ask for that you will get paper plates, packets of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes at an additional cost. When we paid the driver thats when I saw the charge. So when we ordered wings we could not get them half a flavor and other half a different flavor. So we had to order the 20 piece in order to do that.. Also asked for blue cheese and repeated it twice. To the lady on the phone.. who felt like i was bothering her by ordering food.Asked the driver as well blue cheese right he said yes. Well open up food in the room and all ranch no blue cheese. When called back to let them know we didn't have blue cheese she said sorry do you want me to send the driver back. 1st. One would say sorry we will send the drive back be we messed up your order. When coming back to my father's home town, we like to try food from different places all the time. When we stayed in the area to visit Disneyland, we heard that this place was pretty good. Hands down an understatement! Me and my family got the California club sandwich, the extra large pepperoni pizza, and the 12 piece breadsticks. It was the best pizza I've ever tasted while visiting! My family and I enjoyed it very much and will be coming back here when we visit again. The pizza itself was huge, with each slice measuring to about half a foot, and was very filling. The breadsticks were phenomenal and seasoned very well. The sandwich was absolutely amazing as well, with the bread being crispy and all the ingredients being fresh. For those of you who are skeptical, don't be, it's well worth a visit! There are some features like a faded out sign/menu with stickers showing alternate prices, but if you were raised like I was, that's a tell-tale sign that the food will be worth the money you're paying. All around for the big meal we got, including soda, we only paid 60 bucks. We'll definitely have to try out the whole menu when we can. Overall, it seemed like a familial type of setting was present in terms of staff and so the service was very good. We were checked on frequently in order to make sure our food was too our liking and were very accommodating to our specifications in terms of what ingredients we wanted in our food.
