Mallory and Lilly were absolutely amazing during our dress-up experience! They made everything feel so special and fun, and were incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. What meant the most to us was how understanding they were of our budget—there was never any pressure, just genuine support and helpful guidance. At one point, someone from 19 Degrees came in and was shockingly rude, showing a real lack of respect for the shop and the people in it. It caught us completely off guard. But the way Mallory and Lilly handled the situation was so graceful and professional. They stayed calm, kind, and focused on making sure we still had a great experience. Star rating is for the staff. So strange how unwelcome I was made to feel. The day I was there, a girl by the front of the store was having customers pick a coupon from a basket. She literally saw me, talked to me and never offered. I saw her telling everyone about it that was inside the store shopping except me. Since I wanted to buy something I asked her can I pick one too? I guess if you are older this isn't the place to shop. I was never greeted by any of the young female staff not even acknowledged never asked if I needed help. When I had a few things in my hands looking for a dressing room no help had to walk to desk and ask . I was going to spend a few hundred there just picking up some lightweight summer wear then I decided NOPE not giving them my money. I will shop elsewhere.
