Working with the team at AFS Premier Fitness was one of the best decisions I have made. From the beginning, Ali made the diet very easy to understand with his Carb Coding program. They held me accountable throughout the process, offered advice and were my biggest cheerleader along the way. Additionally, I was given specific guidance on cardio and weight training, and my personal trainer consistently pushed me beyond my comfort zone. I was given small, achievable goals every two weeks, and over time these small steps turned into major accomplishments and ultimately a full body transformation where I have lost 61 lbs of body fat and gained 14 lbs of muscle.

I cannot stress enough how the unique diet and personal training program at AFS Premier Fitness led to amazing results. I, however, found that the relationships formed with Ali, and the entire staff of personal trainers and nutritionists really kept me motivated and coming back each day. I started working with Sarah as my trainer in December 2018. I’ve learned so much from her because she always has a knowledgeable, scientific-based explanation in answer to all my questions about diet and exercise. She uses analogies that provide clear understanding. I’ve truly appreciated that she is ALWAYS available to answer questions, meaning while I’m at restaurant I can send her question, or send her pics of food labels for guidance, and she’ll respond.

Throughout this process, I’ve found Sarah to be both patient and encouraging. She always pushes for her client to be their best; and her physique is certainly additional incentive and inspiration—absolutely incredible! Sarah is on the journey with you; she follows what she teaches, and she’s kind and genuine in sharing all her knowledge.
