All Import Auto Parts — Attraction in Dallas

One of the Worst experiences in an auto parts store ever. Don't waste your time and go straight to the O'Reilly's next door. I spent 20 minutes on hold while driving to this store. One person answered in Spanish; when I asked for English, he put me on hold. Ten minutes later he picked up and asked what I needed; I told him and he put me back on hold. I walked in with my phone on hold and on speaker 20 minutes after calling. No customers in the store and three people working in there; No one on the phone either. I walked in a second before a Mexican and they fell over themselves to help him. I guess not being mexican or speaking Spanish was the reason for my problem. When I finally got someone to come out of the back; I showed him I was still on hold, he then picked up his phone, selected my line , then hung it up. I guess letting him listen to his recording on my phone was irritating. They had no other calls on hold and had no explanation as to why I was on hold for twenty minutes. He could not find my part for a datsun pickup truck and said it wasn't available. I walked to O'Reilly's next door and they ordered the brake part for me in 5 minutes. I don't think I will ever step foot in this...

I went because I wanted to buy a part for my car but I wasn't sure about the part and I asked the person who was there and wow surprise he answered me in a super rude way and there was another customer there and he answered him horribly and the man left and he started talking shit about the guy and he also didn't want to help me he told me to go look for help somewhere else. I will never return to this business they should hire people who treat customers well not people who are bad mood like that person they have working there that is not the way to treat people because if someone comes to the business it is to buy not to ask for free bad bad...

Was very thankful that I was able to get the belts, antifreeze and expansion tank I needed to fix my BMW E46 after a delivery was late. I called a day ahead on a Friday and was able to Uber to the shop to pick up the parts on Saturday. The belts ended up being pretty expensive relative to the same brand from European car part sites but I needed them immediately. Super stoked I don't have to take an Uber to work with this crazy rental car shortage and...
