I booked with Sumner at twisted roots beauty bar. My experience was superb she was on time. Very focused on my hair and making sure I understood everything. When I tell you she takes her profession serious she does. After she washed my hair she noticed something was not right and took the time to rewash it and tell me what product to use and what not to use. She could have easily ignored it and kept moving but she cares so much so redid it and taught me something new about my hair. My curl set lasted me three weeks and I am natural.
