The Dallas Public Library is an amazing resource for the community. One of the best perks is that city residents can check out up to 40 items at a time, which is perfect for avid readers, families, or anyone doing research. The selection is broad, with plenty of books, movies, and digital materials, and the staff is always helpful. It's a great place to explore, learn, and enjoy without spending a dime. Would highly recommend using Libby with your library card as well! Lots of audio books and huge digital library! Their app is also a great resource for having things sent the the Dallas library from other libraries...

Great little space that we enjoy going to weekly. The staff are helpful and love to draw in young readers. And if you don't want to deal with anyone, there are self check out stations that the kids can also participate in! Love the whole experience.

Friendly and helpful staff! Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I love the fact that you can put books on hold (even books from other libraries) and pick them up when they are ready. I have also purchased great quality books at their sales, the mystery bags are my favorite! Our family really enjoys the summer and winter...
