I finally got a chance to see the newly renovated Dallas City Park's Japanese Gardens in Dallas, Oregon, I actually remember when I was a kid going in there and playing in the pond part, and over the years it was trashed to hell due to neglect and vandalism but the park decided to fix it only recently in the last few years from what I remember reading the itemizer-observer (the local Dallas Newspaper) which was great and it looks beautiful since the upgrade and more tranquil and peaceful. Honesty the only thing that would make it better would be some Koi swimming around in the little pond in the Japanese gardens but probably not plausible due to other types of wildlife like Teenagers and Raccoons trying to fish them out of there but oh well some of us can only dream!!!

Newly renovated. Hopefully the garden will be watered and maintained so it can mature and reach its potential. The garden is a nice compliment to the botanical garden, park and disc golf course. Something for everyone.

So beautiful and tranquil. My dad enjoyed sitting on a bench and relaxing while I walked around. It’s small but immaculate.
