This place is truly one of a kind on two fronts. The public relations side (retail storefront) is run by Will who is excellent at his job by exhibiting unparalleled people skills and sheer firearm knowledge. He is easy to talk to and makes the place feel like "Cheers". I must admit the barstools helped me get there :) I've purchased a couple new firearms, at competitive retail pricing, from Ward's via the retail arm and the process was seamless.
