This place is truly one of a kind on two fronts. The public relations side (retail storefront) is run by Will who is excellent at his job by exhibiting unparalleled people skills and sheer firearm knowledge. He is easy to talk to and makes the place feel like "Cheers". I must admit the barstools helped me get there :) I've purchased a couple new firearms, at competitive retail pricing, from Ward's via the retail arm and the process was seamless.

The second unique attribute of Ward's points towards the owner's roots of the this unique business, the auction component coupled with the infamous "Vault". A friend shared the name and location of the business with a suggestion that I stop by.that i wouldn't be disappointed.oh!hell yeah!first the layout of the business is easy and fluid on moving around the merchandise.the staff are relaxed and friendly.as for information obtained from them about different weapons and ammunition?if the staff member doesn't have the answers? they will endeavor with diligence to try and obtain it.Now" the AUCTION"not enough room to write about it.the big stand out for me, how well they treated my wife who could care less about them.she was thinking of Christmas and me.what i mean is that they treated her with patience and follow up on All of it! time is money and they acted like they had all the time in the world for her.lol.thats a dying experience nowadays.thanks to wards...

Wards is a great place with very personable staff that have zero issues with helping you find what you are looking for in a firearm. The interior is decorated with firearm antiques and memorabilia unlike most stores with bland walls and mediocre guns across it. Their gun vault is something to look at during auctions (its usually stuffed full of guns on auction). If you are in town, I reccomend checking it out even if you aren't...
